Have to say, Semnet, considering it's pretty much an internal purchase (if the wife is a co-owner, not as if they weren't all over it) it HAS been a shabby purchase, with placings, share creation to pay for the sale and a suspicious contract that seemed to be used as some kind of measure of its NASDAQ placing, has been a disappointing acquisition.
whatever the arbitration brings (probably tied up with nda's) i don't see how the IPO can go forward without Semnet proving itself as a powerhouse cyber company and the current situation doesn't seem credible.
