The 'delay' is in the fact that even Metapy, which was rns'd back in March, so 9 months ago. now, i don't know how long the process is supposed to take but i DO recall the same lack of updates with Easysend and Bonfirepay.

the 'delay', while it hasn't been put back from a specific date is just s l o w!

the same with arbitration.... ridiculously slow.

too many times they say they've submitted something that then just goes silent until, one day, it's amended or cancelled or something new is announced and holders all suggest it's normal practice.

even if it is, it's not a good way to keep shareholders happy. silence, in this instance, isn't golden...

Any delay in licences will just mean a lower sp, as long as they're deemed delays and not... the other thing!

surprised that arbitration is still an issue... the longer it continues, the more suspicious it becomes.

the only real downside is that it could fall below 0.5 if the interim shows a rise that's nothing like the fabled '9fold' or even the 90% increase of the last update.

just (still) a shame they don't know how to promote their company.

The thing is, it's not meant to be personal, the 'trolling'... what we'd all like to do is criticise the BoD for their share destruction/ineptidude/silence but as they don't respond to... anyone...

so it's left to responding to countering the rapturous loyalty of those that hold and defend what has been a parlous six months... and, if you look at the charts, the sp is back where it was 3 years ago.

the only ones to have benefitted are those that ramped the bejeezus out of it and then sold... and there's a distinct likelihood that even they have lost lots of their rewards in believing their own ramps over 2025!

so it's left to the interims to make the case for holding on (or holding on for another year!)

it's not a great place to be unless you're new to the company and, even then, the upsdes are looking well overdue so.

now it just needs for Enki to amend his usual ramp of 5p by July to include the new year... maybe he'll add a zero to it as '50p by July' might as well be the new ridiculous mantra.

this interim better be bloody amazing as holders deserve it for their loyalty.

The alternative to no news isn't fake rns' to 'prop up the sp' because that wouldn't work and the market would see through it... it's posts and comments from the BoD that SHOW that progress is being made that, while not influential in the sp in the short term is better than pi's doing homework and making the same statements.

company comments are infinitely better, as can be seen from the sp, in spite of all the detective work going into the workings of the company.

A fundraise seems pointless if they can't monetise the company's assets. and it'd have to be at a terrible price to current sp... and a fundraise would dilute the shareholders unless it was just to complete the takeover.

that said, there's no interest from anyone in buying the shares with the supposed 'early talks'... probably because the offer could be dropped further...

doesn't seem to be much profit to be had, even with 20% profit for new buyers... WG. would seem a safer bet for similar profit...

So have to assume that they'll find ways to keep interest going, and maybe even a few money=making opps... whether it's on a 'interested parties' rns or a trashed sp with BoD subscriptions and then the bounce, they're hardly going to say, after 20 years 'we've had enough and are closing shop'!

if you wait until after the interims, you might be able to get 0.5 again.. then you can look forward to 3.4 and be 'blessed' again in 2026...

Well, that makes the selling y'day look like big mistake but all it really did was drop the sp on the sells.

so 4.5 is a good buy... as long as there's some news sooner than later...

Posts that dangle multinational possible contracts or buyouts pushed this up to 100... the reality is, as with many of TEK's assets, the promise is where the profits lie, rather than the reality.

down at 53 and likely to fall further as the promised contracts fail to materialise.

Now they just need to release something that says 'not only are we not impacted but now rolling out a plan to tackle selective councils to roll out warm homes further.'

of course, they're already doing that but doesn't hurt for company to make the point..

Just ask yourself a few question:

how much is your mortgage for? how much did you inherit or likely to inherit when...?

how much of your salary/wage is spent on your home?

minimm wage is going to be £12 per hour so £500 per week, if you're lucky. you'll get about 25% deducted from ni and tax, leaving £375. then minus utlities, phone, rent per week... what's left?

why do you think so many workers are on benefits too?

most of you here talk out of your backside... i'll guess almost everyone here has or will enjoy the perk of a jolly nice minimum £200k inheritance at some point... renters rarely have that to look forward to.
