if you fell shafted by this placing then you're obviously a novice in investing because premium placings don't happen outside of imminent glorious news to come... and usually with a warrant attached.

it's tiring to hear pi's talking about being 'shafted' when placings are done at a sufficient disount to get the money. do you expect the funders to give the money away?

just accept that, at 25p, they see the upside to come. they're not stupid enough to hand over £2.2million and then sell at a loss.

any further placing is going to happen when in mid 2026, worst case, unless there's a further acquisition targeted and it'd likely be at a premium, unless the sp is nicely back at 35 or better.

You're hoping that 'governments' are going to influence the value of #SALT.

it'll be mulitnationals or nothing... and, atm, in spite of their ongoing 'negotiating', not looking good, being at 52... i'm afraid.

Well, i'm glad you're looking at something other than the sp to keep you happy.

when #ONDO is back at 28 i'll worry even more about how my investment is making me richer while still wishing my growth and profits were 'as good' as #WATR's.

Whatever the reason for the sp, whether it's manipulation or something else, it's looking weak.

You think they can grow from £35mill to £70mill without raises? there's a difference between immediate future and all future!

they are acquiring assets and clients and, until the point they're making £10mill profit they're always going to be neding fundraises... and even then... one would just always hope they were done at a premium to existing price. but that only happens with imminent growth predictions.

until then, expect sp to rise, slightly undercut by a placing, followed by another rise... etc. etc.

Y'day was panic-driven, with a few shorters highlighting the 'disaster'. today, it's had a lovely bounce and it'll continue.

same here, might take a day or two for a 20% bounce but optimistic those direct buys will be the indicator needed.

still hope that the sp does well as noone wants to see investors losing money, even if it's only a paper loss atm... but most folk just can't afford to sit on dead/reducing cash forever, esp. when there are so many opps out there in other companies.

I doubt if you'll get a bigger dip than being able to buy at 24.6ish... considering it's sub the placing, feels like a golden opp... i'm guessing the BoD think so too so look forward to seeing their TR1s now they're clear to buy.

Comparing GST or SOLG, post their news doesn't mean to say that GST or any other share is owed good news!

if there's sufficient work done by the BoD in navigating the company to profit and good practice, then fine... but news doesn't just materialise because it's their turn... if you can point to the clues to good news in advance, then fair enough... otherwise, your money is just parked in a share that has been consistently trashed by BoD actions...

now, you could argue that the sp has been badly and overly affected by sentiment and that the sp is worth 09 - 1p if you take out the bad sentiment...fair enough. but trying to point to the positives, beyond a couple of sentence on the last results, without any further back-up company comments is the reason the sp is where it is.

as such, there's news being trotted out by the markets constantly, while investors here have been waiting for months for something good to be announced.

While 25p is a bit of a kick in the nuts, £2.2million is only 7% of the mcap so not debilitating. AND, the funds support growth and breakeven in '26... it doesn't really matter when as long as growth and expansion gets it there.

all i'm saying is 25p (and you can even buy slightly below that, atm), 30p is a shoo-in. might take a week or two... might only take a day but get over the disappointment that the results show slower progress. This fundraise means the growth and expansion will continue, as will the recovery of the sp.

for me, 25p is a gift for a move back to 32...

Is funny, considering there's nothing that is expressed by the company to get excited about.

dips in BTC are ignored, updates on any of the licence applications aren't spoken of, sales team growth isn't trumpeted, client numbers aren't paraded...

there's about 20 rns' daily that give cause for excitement... i make that about a gaxillion reasons to get investors excited since GST was suspended on the results delays and arbitration!
