... another slide. now at 0.932.
traders will be picking up cheapies... but they'll be looking for the low. i thought 0.92...
Bit of a side issue, really.
more concerned about the fact that there are bigger trades at 0.95 than at 0.968... it really doesn't look like 'gaming' as the amounts seem to have been significant over the past few days... flies in the face of all the positivity being shown by bb.
I didn't reference Roast or QBT...
all i'm saying is getting pr before results is infinitely better than having to be in and wait for the cointoss of the results day only to find out whether one will be rewarded with good news!
obviously, all previous rns are indicators but we are a UK company, with UK ceo of one arm and, i'd say, investors should be getting investor days and update interviews covering the essentials.
If you ask the question on 'the other' bb i'll answer it... don't want to reference it fear and be accused of... 'stuff'. : )
I didn't stick it in the headline but i just wanted to show what good pr looks like... a half dozen podcasts that imply good news, give progress reports and offer up salient details for possible investors.
but happy for those references to be reported for cross ramping... as long as the message that GST do nothing re. pr sticks.
Where did that headline come from??? surely not a filtered poster?
(i very nearly cross-ramped something to show my 'ignorance but... i'll leave it at that).
hopefully, the 'ignorant' sp will do an about turn!
Have a look at ZED and just how many podcasts they've knocked out in the past 3months, promoting the activities of the company.
makes you realise just how deficient GSt are, pr wise... even if it's a different world.
I made the assumption that GSMoney strategy incorporates GS20 but, yes, you're right... GSMoney strategy, not specifically GS20.
Also excellent to see meme references to lithium ion batteries.
and contract manufacturing can handle all the contracts they might win.
silly price atm... and will be amazed if it ever sees sub 2p again... (but never say never... )
Aim, i'm not saying anything controversial. they're just very obvious... observations reflected in the trading.
good thing is mms are happy to take shares at 0.95 and hold it there. but...
it's only been a couple of weeks since the update but if that placing ISN'T for another acquisition then there'll be real disappointment that it's just to 'accelerate GS20' as there's no timeline for what that might mean.
not my fault that the sp is where it is.
Oopsie! i meant the corporate update...
You also don't expect the company one invests in to play games with results and placings.
even the rampiest holder has to admit one doesn't rns results saying 'we're making money' then undercut expectations by getting sub-priced funding for 'something'. the sp was sitting at 1.2 before results... doesn't matter how long you intend holding, that was more than a little bit 'sleight of hand'.
Well, tbf, it's not unheard of for companies to place exactly at the time they buy whatever asset they're interested in.
this couching of the placing with 'it might be for this but it might be for this', even with the precedence of the last placing, doesn't help, esp. as the last one still hasn't been confirmed?
all good if you're in for the endpoint (whatever that is) or have an average way down but for folk who actually bought on results, to be down 30% in a couple of weeks on 'good news' isn't a great look.
... and looking like 0.92 is support?
Nm
Devil makes work... until there's an announcement from company!
The June '23 warrants were issued at 10p so they're not seeing the light of day anytime soon. and, unless htey've been rerated since (and i don't see any evidence of that) you'd have to go back before then to see. but find it hard to believe any warrants exist that would be profitable at 2p as the sp has never been lower, historically during placings/warrant issuance and they'd be dumb clucks if they were still holding warrants and converting them at this price?
i'll go back and check pre May '23, though, for my own personal satisfaction.
cheers for the post, though.
... but i'm not the one invested in EUA.
No, nor me. it was just an aside from announcing the full shares issue... which is a pre-requisite for takeovers also... but i did mention an emoji!
In that case, what's this nonsense about 'spooking' the board? is everyone going to jump ship because i said someone might want to buy us out?
sometimes.... 🤣
