The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring financial educator and author Jared Dillian has been released. Listen here.
Hi Neil
I do like to be accurate with my statements, because you never know .....
Anyway , last day of trading before suspension, there were no shares to be had .
. "Dare to Dream, Embrace the Future."
Just think what a million shares could be worth if all the announcements come through .
Best Possibilities Karl x
This is one of the reasons why TWD will fly

Friend ...As always you are too kind :)
Best wishes

I think what would make this share rocket and its not impossible if the following was to happen at the end of this month:
1/OEM A agrees to remedy the contract and enhances it.
2/ OEM B agrees to nominates us as the supplier.
3/ US Areospace likes our product and acquisition more.
4/ Mystery customer invites us for secondary negotiations.
All in reach, all possible by the end of this month
Don't give up your shares lightly, ( can't be done for ramping because all the shares are bought and no ones selling)
Kind regards Karl x
In response to uniiosonn.....after giving it careful consideration concerning potential fundraising on the LSE while the current share value is at 0.0020 pence.
I think it would be impractical and difficult to attempt a share dilution at the present share price. Given the current market conditions and investor sentiment, such an approach is unlikely to generate the required funds and may even further depress the share price.
Instead, I would prefer that the company consider other viable fundraising options that could help generate funding without negatively impacting existing shareholders. For instance, securing a loan from a reputable financial institution or a strategic partner could generate the required funds with minimal dilution to existing shareholder equity.
I would also argue that pursuing such an approach would be more beneficial in the long run, as it would allow the company to invest in growth opportunities while preserving shareholder value.
In conclusion, given the current market conditions and investor sentiment, fundraising through share dilution at the current share price is impractical, and more realistic options should be considered to generate necessary funding while preserving shareholder value.
Best wishes Karl ( but giving more thought on the matter ) x
N.B Great Post by way ....LOVE IT x
Anyone up for cluedo ?

Hi, a moment of seriousness, I decided to write an open letter since ,I have mentioned my esteemed fellow shareholders.
Open letter to trackwise
Dear Sirs,
I hope this letter finds you well. As a positive shareholder, I want to express my appreciation for the hard work and dedication that your team puts into the company. I have often defended the company to disgruntled shareholders who express frustration about the lack of information coming from your end.
In light of the current situation, I would like to propose a compromise that could benefit both shareholders and the company. It is no secret that you may require additional funding in the future, and in these circumstances, it is crucial to maintain a positive sentiment among shareholders. With that in mind, I suggest that you consider releasing news, especially when it is positive, rather than burying it amidst negative developments as a means of mitigation. This tactic often leads to a further decline in share prices.
Allow me to illustrate my point with an example. If the news about OEM B had been released on its own, investors would have reacted positively, potentially causing a surge in the share price to at least 2 pence. Even if a subsequent suspension had caused the price to fall to around 1.50 pence, it still represents an improvement over the current situation.
I would also like to mention that, as a hobby, I have studied predictive analytics and have gained certification from a reputable university. I believe this background provides me with insights into market behaviour and the potential impact of certain decisions.
I kindly urge you to take this suggestion into consideration, as I truly believe it would be beneficial to both the company and its shareholders. Listening to the voices of shareholders, particularly those who are supportive and have taken the time to understand the market, can contribute to stronger investor confidence and, ultimately, success.
Thank you for considering my proposal, and I am hopeful that you will recognize the potential benefits it offers. I genuinely believe that implementing this strategy will result in a more prosperous future for our company.
Sincerely,
Karl Von Wise ( Not my real name )
It appears that there might be some good news coming from the Board of Directors. Unfortunately, they seem to have forgotten about us, the miniscule shareholders.
But have no fear, my friend, for we have a team of superheroes ready to swoop in and save the day! There's Friend, the invincible ally who always has our back. And then there's Ipman, the tech genius who can hack his way through any problem. And of course, let's not forget Karlon, the charismatic leader who rallies the troops and never backs down from a challenge.
Together, we will uncover the truth, fight for justice, and ensure that the Board of Directors never forgets about us again. So sit tight, buckle up, and get ready for an adventure filled with laughter, excitement, and maybe even a little bit of danger.
Love Karl x
iht friend thats what i love about you most , it flies right over your head.
i must confess, the monopoly board is not my cup of tea when it comes to circuit board construction. the thought of electricity wires attached to one's parts and unruly shouts of "rent not on" is enough to make anyone shudder in discomfort.
but fear not! i have a proposition that might bring a smile to your face. how about a game of cluedo tomorrow? we can indulge in some detective work, peer into the dressing room of mrs. pea****, and perhaps witness a sight that will leave us in awe.
and who knows, if our investigative skills are sharp enough, we might even make it to the board of directors or find ourselves in the presence of philip himself. imagine the possibilities!
now, as for the multiple layers of the iot (internet of things) or strapping the chief up with one of your old circuit boards... well, that's a novel concept indeed. perhaps it could revolutionize the world of crime-solving and technology all at once. we could have the chief simultaneously interrogating suspects while monitoring their heart rate with a cleverly repurposed circuit board. the possibilities are endless!
but for now, let's focus on our cluedo escapade and enjoy the thrill of uncovering mysteries in the comfort of our own imaginations.
see you tomorrow friend and don't forget your circuit board :)

Ah, the age-old question of how to make a circuit board. Well, fear not, my friend, for I have a foolproof method that involves using a Monopoly board and some very creative thinking.
First things first, we must ensure that the game is not afoot. Do not pass go, do not collect £200. This is serious business, after all. Once the board is cleared of all hotels and houses, we can get down to business.
Next, we need to make sure that we do not attract the attention of the electricity company. We don't want any wires attached to our privates, after all. So, make sure you pay the rent on time and avoid any late fees.
Now, onto the circuit board itself. Take the Monopoly board and carefully mark out where you want your circuitry to go. Use a sharpie or some other fine-tipped marker to draw your lines and shapes.
Once your design is complete, you can start punching the holes for your components. You can use a hole punch or some other tool to make these holes. Be sure to measure and mark everything carefully to ensure that your components will fit properly.
Now it's time to attach your components. You can use wire or some other conductive material to connect everything together. Be sure to test each connection before moving on to the next one.
Voila! You now have your very own Monopoly board circuit board. Not only is it functional, but it's also a great conversation starter. Just be sure to keep it away from any electricity companies that may be lurking nearby.
Best wishes Karl x
If the news of my redundancy were to reach my ears, I would be overcome with an exuberance that would make skipping for joy seem like a modest display of celebration. In fact, I would run with such gusto and enthusiasm that even an elephant bull enticed by a harem would envy my boundless energy.
The sheer weight of relief would lift me off the ground, and I would prance around like a gazelle on a sugar rush. My coworkers might even mistake my jubilant leaps for an impromptu audition for the national skipping championships.
I would bounce from one corner of the office to another, leaving a trail of giddy laughter and exuberance in my wake. Passersby would be mesmerized by the sheer spectacle of my liberation, and they too might be tempted to discard their shoes and join me in a triumphant parade of freedom.
So, you see, if the unfortunate news of redundancy were to come my way, it would ignite a fire within me that no amount of corporate restructuring could extinguish. I would embrace the opportunity with open arms, ready to embark on new adventures and leave behind the confines of cubicles and spreadsheets.
But sadly not the case , something far worst is in play , but yet, with yang and something else I said b7gger this I'm off on holiday to Europe
But if I can get Internet connection, I shall read underneather my pillow:)

IHT friend, you have left a gaping hole in my heart, like a black hole that sucks in everything around it. I love the way you flirt with me and make me laugh with your witty remarks. You are a master of words and logic, even when you are wrong most of the time.
I wish we could spar more often before I go away on Friday. Maybe we could even have a final showdown, a duel of tongues and minds, to see who is the ultimate champion of our banter.
Please remember I am in the mist of losing ones employment, so may have difficulty in my response :)
MULTI LAYERS OF IMPROVE HARNESS TECHNOLOGY ----TRACKWISE DESIGNS
multiple layers of improved harness technology and here is the advantages of using IHT compared to Circuit boards
1. Flexibility: Multi-layer improved harnesses provide more flexibility in routing cables compared with the fixed circuit board layout.
2. Scalability: In many cases, adding more layers to the improved harness is much easier and faster than redesigning a circuit board.
3. Robustness: Improved harnesses offer better resistance to vibration and thermal expansion, which makes them more robust and reliable in rugged environments.
4. Cost-Effective: Multi-layer improved harnesses are often more cost-effective compared with complex circuit boards with many layers.
5. Space Efficiency: Improved harnesses can be designed to fit into tight spaces and reduce overall system size. They also provide more space for adding additional components or increasing the density of existing components.
6. Ease of installation: Improved harnesses can be easier to install compared with a complex circuit board assembly, as they often come with better documentation and installation guides.
Overall, improved harness technology provides a more flexible, reliable, cost-effective, and space-efficient alternative to circuit board designs, making it an attractive option for many applications.
The deciding factor is that the day before suspension, there was no shares to buy

I'm about to embark on a colossal vacation that will make you green with envy. Unfortunately, you won't be joining me for the fun and games, because you're stuck here with the jittery moneybags through your negative posts. So please try not to upset the rest of the shareholders too much, or they might pull the plug on our company. And then you be out of a job, and I'll have to cancel my trip to console you. And that would make me very sad. And you don't want to make me sad, do you?
Affectionately Karl x
Hey friend, I gotta be honest with you, your last posts was kinda hard to follow. I mean, everyone can have their own opinion, right?
But you went from talking about your new Micro Nissan to dissing Multiple layer improve harness technology like it's nothing. How does that make sense?
Also you being here
Love Karl x
Which is why us shareholders have to stick together x
Nope, don't see the ev customer going to the wall, I personally believe he up to some tricks.....Companies going to the wall always talk to fund a resolution that's favourable.
This company is definitely playing the long game, probably trying to financially finish twd and take it over for the product.
IPMAN so extremely difficult, the CEO & the board are basically walking a tight rope with OEM A .
Do you keep a customer happy even though he is causing mayhem in the hope of further contracts or do you give him both barrels ( speaking figuratively).
I think the BoD playing it gracefully was excellent idea and should be applauded. However, the problem you have now, is how long do you let this continue for ?
If it was me, I am always up for protecting the company first and if the customer is silent even after reaching out to them , then games are afoot.
..give it both barrels and then a good old fashion broadside .
NB I would like to put more thought of the games being played here
