Mark acknowledged at the EGM that CRV would have to promote themselves, that was 7 months ago, what's the plans for promotion, if any? Why is the recent $3m investor still not disclosed? They will hide behind the TR1 form, however there is no reason why they could not ask this person/organisation to fill it in, takes 2 minutes tops, or is there a reason? And for me the million dollar question, why has our Chairman only bought 1000 shares, why have Calum and Brian seemingly not bought any? If the $12.50 placing price is fair value then not buying at todays SP seems a remarkable decision and is another way in which they manage to cast doubt upon CRV being an attractive investment.

My Portuguese is not great, but judging by the number of court cases against UPBAI it looks like they were in real trouble I expect that has allowed CRV to negotiate hard over the purchase price and the recent $3m investor knows they have contributed to a bargain. We on the other hand know next to f#ck all ;-)

Not deemed material by CRV though of course as that's only 50% of the current market cap..... A cynic would suggest the last thing they want to do in give PIs a reason to invest.

I could ramble on about the content from Mark, the total lack of updates on previous investments etc etc but we are well used to that now sadly. I agree there Steve, I do expect the RNS at some point today. I just wish I had not set my alarm for stupid o'clock this morning.....! Ignoring the rule to notify immediately a change of office address I can live with, not RNS'ing that they are involved in a significant High Court case, I find baffling. Failing to deliver accounts on time however is a whole different ball game and not the first CRV "action" I would imagine Mr Burrows wanting under his tenure.

The case is back in front of the High Court today for the fourth time, I have no idea if they are close to making a judgement as yet though. Perhaps they are hoping to announce news of this case with the results..... Perhaps they are delaying until the US markets open.... Perhaps it's just the usual "we see AIM rules as more of a guidance and just pay them lip service" from CRV and our Nomad.....

Good to hear from you Scargs I think the Panda deal may be the key to the investors taking placings in CRV, as well as the other deals recently undertaken, of which they will be far better informed than us. The price of 78m Euros for Panda was agreed over 2 years ago when the economy and valuation of the business was clearly in a very different position to where it is now. Sretaw are clearly fighting this as they do not feel that 78m is now fair value and Panda is flourishing and looking at acquisitions currently. If the court does find in CRVs favour we could be acquiring a business at a figure many, many millions below its current market valuation.....

It seems the shares have entered the market today as planned Shares Issued 2.46m Market Cap $18.79m Will await the tear sheet update with interest, though its most likely another faceless holding company name, we shall see
