Hi Scargs, hope you are well That's how I understand it, however the court case for November has been removed from the schedule, now replaced with a date in October that is not a trial date. Interesting stuff.

Back in court AGAIN this coming Monday.... would dearly love to know what's going on and if my hunch that CRV are in a strong position is correct......

All a little over my head as well Steve if I am honest To date the court has been gathering evidence from both sides, the last stage of which appears to be today with the Judge seemingly having all he needs. The full trial was showing as commencing on the 28th November for 7 days, but this now shows as the 5th October being the next appearance. So potentially we have another 3 months to wait, however I would not be surprised at all if one side folds prior to the full court trial. With the case going on for a year and Sretaw taking some elements to appeal already I would have to say that CRV appear to be in the stronger position but we will have to wait and see.

IF CRV were to sell the Brazil land at the valuation price of $8.8m that's a GROSS return of $3.52 per share in issue. A share with a current SP of $5.125 and represents 67% of CRVs current Market Cap..... makes you think doesn't it. Munster, when I met Mr Pajak I asked how he felt about PIs, there was a wry smile from him that to me spoke volumes, though he was most pleasant and happy to answer most questions at the EGM in London. However I do feel the position of PIs has greatly improved since Mr Winters appointment, which is good to see. Have you ever looked at the Qeton & AP Vos situation in relation to CRV, would very much welcome your thoughts if you have.

No maybe about it Weapon, one of the largest investors is Evan Kalimtgis, and if the tear sheet was to be believed, the Burrows family also took a sizeable part of the placing. Sir David Jones is also invested in CRV, though that is not through the CEOs connections.

Revoy the tear sheet and one prominent investor who fell outside after the last placing account for 67% of the shares in issue. That leaves circa 825,000. Take off the other LTHs and you can see why there was so much upward movement on what was, in reality, modest volume today and you can see why with a bit of PR/news CRV will fly.

CRV have never been on the radar Weapon, that's the choice of the Board. If you look at SI Capital on Twitter you will see how holders had to pester them to even tweet the last RNS on Brazil.... Those of us that have met the Board are in no doubt that it entirely suits them to have as few PIs in CRV as possible. The $18 dollar high was momentary after a rather bullish RNS but I do agree that we should be sitting at a multiple of the current SP. Patience is the key word for CRV holders.
