Sorry my post read badly, the three items are all in court today, the 14, 15 and 16 are the case numbers today, not the dates they are occurring.

The case should be updated tomorrow morning so will let you know. As I understand it this process is each side asking to see the others evidence, papers, sworn statements etc prior to a trial. However it seems that they can argue to keep some documents private until the case and I assume this is what is being decided by the judge at the moment? All a bit over my head as well but looks like we will either have a court date for a formal trial at some point or if the evidence is clear perhaps one sides solicitors will advise their client to concede.....

Sadly its nothing exciting and just a function of the system CRV are listed on "SETSqx combines a periodic electronic auction book with standalone non-electronic quote driven market making. Electronic orders can be named or anonymous and for the indicated securities order book executions will be centrally cleared. The auction uncrossings are scheduled to take place at 8am, 9am, 11am, 2pm and 4:35pm. An execution in the final auction will set the security’s closing price for the day and generate a Closing Price Crossing Session, which provides a further trading opportunity to execute business at the closing auction price."

If there are grounds for an appeal that's certainly option 5, but this is already at the High Court. There was no RNS I assume as the deal was not completed and indeed was under strict confidentiality agreements, even going as far as being known as Project Bear, I kid you not ! As to why it took so long for the deal to then collapse, that's a very good question. Deal commenced May 2015 broke down March 2016 so around 10 months. Maybe that's not such a long time in a deal of this size but Charlie is best place to answer that one!

Hi R. I do feel your pain but am still hugely confident here. CRV agreed to buy Panda for 78m Euros in May 2015 and a 2m Euro "deposit" was made along with an agreement to pay substantial bonuses to the outgoing board. It then appears that in 2016 the owners of Panda had second thoughts as the value of cash generative businesses was increasing markedly and they are trying to expand Panda with a substantial merger. So as I see it there could be four outcomes 1 CRV lose the case if there is no evidence of the agreement, which given 2m was paid seems highly unlikely and surely the case wouldn't have got past its first hearing? 2 CRV win and force the purchase at 78m for a business worth substantially more, requiring placings for 70 odd million at one assumes 12.50. I would be mildly happy if this happens ;-) Mark also delivers on his talk of a billion dollar MC, dependant on which definition of billion you prefer. 3 CRV win but elect to take the 8m Euro break fee that is in the agreement plus damages. 4 Theres an out of court settlement. As TC says, there is much more to CRV than just this court case, but it is hugely promising, even if not deemed material......

Afraid so for now, as frustrating as this is, I do feel that the longer it goes on and the more times we go back to court, the more legs CRVs case has. I may live to eat my words but with Mr Burrows and Mr Winters on board I find it hard to believe that CRV do not have a VERY strong case here.... Also most frustrating that it has never been RNSd but then do we want to attract "investors" taking a punt on the outcome? Short term it would help, long term not.

CRV have updated their investment policy, 2 things of note, to me at least 1 . "It is anticipated that the investments will be held for the short to medium term" - I don't think anyones definition of short to medium term could be match CRVs description of a "ten year plan" 2 "The Company intends to deliver Shareholder returns through capital growth with a medium term objective of implementing a dividend policy" Not seen mention of a dividend before have we?

News is a bit thin on the ground at the moment, though I see that CRV IH have just changed their address in Dublin to a very nice 1.5m Euro private residence. Directors are Mark and Brian I wonder why?

That's correct leejohn, and that's before you take "our" holdings off and those that do not post. So lets say very conservatively 20% unaccounted for, 492,872 shares at a value today of circa £616,000. Its a drop in the ocean compared to where Mr B and Mr P wants CRV to be.

Thank you Sir David, appreciated. So we know where 76.1 % of the shares are, plus those held by us on this board. There really is very little free float, if the court find in favour of CRV in the Panda deal (78m Euors) this could/should rocket.
