Its a pleasure to see you back again Munster, thank you for your valued insight. How do you view the change in the list of significant share holders from that still on CRVs website, to that disclosed yesterday. There are significant changes, none of which have been RNSd to the best of my knowledge. How do we square that away? Peter Gyllenhammar AB was RNSd but does not appear on the list unless they have amalgamated with Vidacos with whom they share investments in other entities? Now I fully appreciate that CRV rely on being advised by the holders of additions and reductions however as they are clearly aware of the changes, given yesterdays disclosure, how can we be in a position where these changes have not been RNSd previously? Perhaps CRV view this as nit picking, but I fully expected CRV to be run with the rigour expected of BAT and the like after Mr Burrows appointment. It would also appear that Mark and Evan are no longer the majority share holders, do you see this and Peter Gyllenhammar AB investment as a help or hindrance to CRVs progression? Is it me or are there no details of the AGM? Another RNS will be needed then ? Top two holders now own 32% and its not Mark or Evan.......

I wish TC. believe the 11.4% related to the shares held by the board of CRV . The other shareholders on the tear sheet are deemed as public shareholders, so there's 88.6% that can be held outside of CRVs ownership. As per my last post I doubt there are very few shares not being tightly held at the moment

It would be nice to see the tear sheet updated TC to see where the shares came from. If it was Vidacos it means Gyllenhammer picked up another 4% of free float The current tear sheet accounts for 63.9% currently, which could rise to 69%. Add in "us lot" the boards holdings and a couple just under the 3% and there is very little free float Which is nice.

Hi Scargs It sounds like the Court wants to see the "Expert" reports that Sretaw intend to use at the trial. Lets hope they find it up to the poor standards produced by Sretaws legal team to date. If they do then perhaps it could help bring matters to a conclusion sooner rather than later.

Looks like SI are going to wait their usual week before tweeting the RNS. I wonder why they treat CRV differently to their other corporate clients?

Very exciting news I feel, I wonder if they want to get over 10%, I have a feeling they do. Not to pi55 on the bonfire but it appears the court case has been put back two months. Normally I would be most unhappy with that news but I think bigger things are on the horizon here.
