Fairly simple for me TC, Burrows and Winters have not bought any shares, SI Capital have not included CRV in their IHT portfolio investment tool. No directors have bought even with the share trading so low. If those closest to the company are not buying currently what sort of message does that send ? The details of the settlement are subject to a confidentiality agreement; however the Company confirms that the outcome of the settlement has no material impact on Craven House.

What court case, they never said there was a court case in progress����. I wonder if Gyllenhammar knew what he was getting in to...����.

Actually I will correct myself CHI is holding some of the Brazil land, so "only" $1 to $2m down on the true value stated. However as yet the transfer to DLC hasn't produced any tangible benefit as far as I can see

I think Rusty is about right on this one sadly CJohn CRV moved the land (Ceniako), value on books $4.4m ("true" value $8.8m) and Craven House Industries, value on books $5.3m, to DLC DLC current MC is circa $11.7m US, CRV own 68% so $7.956m If you take away the $5.3m CHI that leaves $2.656m for the Brazil Land, $6m less than CRVs independent valuation of the land..... That's at DLC at 0.18 when todays bid is 0.16. Happy to be corrected on any of this, in fact I would be delighted.

Just another example of CRV running roughshod over the rules I am afraid Jarnold. I found that CRV were on a winding up order at Court. It was only I asked the Company about this that they issued an RNS otherwise we would never have known...��...

Not expecting a reply but you never know. If one is not forthcoming or they still fail to issue an RNS, we can see what view the regulator takes.

No reply as yet from SI or CRV My questions were CRV never RNSd the Sretaw Court case, we only discovered it with the use of the press and social media. With the Press mentioning purchase prices of 78m Euros, 2m deposits and 8m Euros break clauses, please do tell me how this was not material to the market? Please can you tell me why there cannot be an RNS to state settlement reached in CRVs favour or even the case is settled but is subject to a confidentiality agreement? Even with a confidentiality agreement in place as a shareholder I should be informed as to whether CRV have a legal bill due or if their material operations will be affected in any way by this settlement. A settlement I am aware has taken place, the market is not, are you sure you that's appropriate?

Congrats CRV, it now looks to the outside world like the issue of Battles forced a settlement...� The company behind Panda Waste has resolved a heated legal row with London-listed Craven House Capital. The matter was due before the courts this week, but has now been struck out after the companies reached an agreement. Panda declined to comment. The row centred over the potential purchase of Panda by Craven House in 2015. Craven House said it had signed binding heads of agreement to buy the business, owned by Eamon Waters. Panda claimed the arrangement was not binding. The deal valued the company - built by Mr Waters into Ireland's largest waste business - at just under �80m. In 2016 Panda bought rival Greenstar from investment fund Cerberus. The legal row looked set to be explosive after Panda launched an attack on a rival businessman's character. In a High Court hearing last month, Panda introduced witness statement details on a previous judgment for fraud against businessman Mike Battles. Martin Hayden SC, counsel for Sretaw (the company behind Panda), told the court that Mr Battles, a senior figure at Craven House during the relevant period, had a final judgment for fraud against him in the US. The judgment related to work carried out in Iraq in the aftermath of the US-led invasion of that country in 2003.

I am pretty certain CRV will go for the not material route if left to their own devices. Therr are many, many reason why that would be total BS but lets give them a fair crack at an update first. If they have settled in favour of CRV then it will show in the accounts eventually.........
