Scuba101...thats a valid question, there is no or right answer. Having said that, I have repeatedly said rampers and de-rampers are equally dangerous, both set can cost people money. I'm in project management, so key part of my role is about assessing risks (not just rewards or the end goal), therefore I'm open to opinions and views so long as they are backed with reasoning or logic. If one of my team members came up and repeatedly shouted projects doomed, I'd ask for reasons, evidence, and also for mitigation. I would not put up with constant doom mongering without any fact or reason.
Anyone who says he/she has inside information is lying, in over 20 years of investing, I've yet to come across an individual who has direct access to a board member and or price sensitive information, so these kind people and their statements should be taken with a large pinch of salt.
These boards are a great place to discuss pro's and con's, and share information, and if used and shared properly can enhance peoples knowledge and hopefully lead to better investments and returns.
In the real world though, these boards and platform get overrun by the bored, jobless, insane and anyone everyone with access to the Internet.
