The update from this mornings RNS was no surprise. Clearly EUA has been and or is impacted by some form of sanctions or restrictions, hence not able to sell the concentrate. Cash position is low and yet they are sitting on some £3.5m worth of concentrate, something doesn't add up!

The company has made its position very clear, on-going sale discussions, cash position, concentrate value and other bits and pieces. Personally, this RNS has provided me with some events that mat unfold between today and end of March 202, namely:-

1. Full asset sale, but nowhere what we all hope for.

2. Placing

3. Runs out of cash, fire sale or administration.

One way or another, we're now guaranteed an event/outcome, it might be good, bad or very ugly.

Your money, your choice, but now doubt over the next 3 and half months there will be all kinds of BS spewed on here.

Probably 90% posting by the non invested, how odd, bizarre and sad that people spend previous time here posting and bickering, they could easily be doing better things in life, i.e. be with family and friends, or go out and help the need.

But oh no, they are stuck to their keyboards, slating off a company they're not invested in.

I think it might rain, might be cloudy, or there might be ray of sunshine, take a pick.

On the EUA, no idea what might happen, and neither does anyone else on this board, lots of retrospective warriors on here.

Well summarised, in a nutshell you're saying EUA is good as dead and buried? On that basis, don't expect to see you or your mates posting here, nothing to do or see, so best to move on?

You get ahead of yourself and make all kinds of assumptions, its clear as daylight, you have lost loads either in EUA, or in life in general, you come across very bitter, poisonous, twisted, angry, I hate to be inside your head!

I've said it many time before, people can sell up and leave, invest more, or simply stay put and wait for the final outcome, it maybe good, bad or very ugly, but at some point soon there will be an outcome.

Come that day, I won't gloat and jump for joy or jump from a clifftop, I will simply accept the outcome and move on. What will you do with your sad existence after EUA?

A winding up order is an instruction from the court to close down a company and liquidate its assets. It follows a winding up petition that’s been made by a creditor, which typically follows a series of unsuccessful attempts to recover their money.

EUA received a winding up petition on or around 25th Oct, they have 21 days to challenge, pay or reach an agreement. Winding up order will follow if agreement can't be reached.

In one way or another, EUA will pay or reach agreement

In the meantime, pantomime will continue.....

That's my point, they are disputing it, and not struggling to pay, but the doomsters are making it our otherwise, and have already played judge and jury in that EUA will get wound up.

How can a genuine investor gloat or celebrate todays drop, and be shouting from the rooftops that the company is about to go under, defies belief or logic.

I'm a project manager, many occasions I've disputed invoices and not paid, suppliers tend to petition and or seek winding up orders and all that, in the end an amicable agreement is reached,

For sake of £100k or so, does anyone really think the BOD will let the company go under?

Once again, the toxic, poisonous trolls show their true colours.

So, when the SP nose dives, the botts celebrate, come on here and share their pearls of wisdom. When the SP moves up a bit, they label it as pump and dump, call it manufactured rise, just another trading ally, blah blah.

Clear indicator of the non invested trolls..... otherwise any decent investor would not celebrate a nosedive, and would certainly celebrate any increase or positivity.

So if you're so sure the 'sale will never occur', due to the on-going conflicts, or conflicts on the radar, then would it not be a good idea to sell up and pocket whatever capital you have remaining in your investments?

If EUA/BOD are so bad, then sell up? Its very unfortunate the Russian/Ukraine started, its ha a massive, huge impact on markets and shares. If it wasn't for the conflict, EUA would have been sold by now, and if not, the SP would be drifting between 15-20p range, in my opinion.

Just remember, profit making and or companies with money in the bank have folded due to sanctions and the on-going conflict, no fault of their own, just the wrong time, place and situation.

Anyways....the bashers will continue to bash away

Sorry no offence intended, why do you have this passive negativity towards EUA? Almost every post of yours is filled with a degree of negativity in some shape or form, I really don't get it!

I understand some people are frustrated with their investments, and now and then they vent their frustration, what I don't understand is the daily moaners on here. Surely, if you're invested, you wouldn't kick your investment everyday and slate the company, the BOD, and etc?

Mangrove could long, profits could cover some of the short losses, or they might have started a short at recent highs and sold below, again to minimise their big short losses, or the MM's will do a massive drop and let them out on the heap

Tbh...its anyones guess, after all this is AIM, anything can and does happen.

Plan 'B' will already be in place in case GoR play their silly games, which they have.

I would expect to see a claim going in within a week or two.
