Agreed, it is odd the the DFS hasn't been publicised, and its definitely price sensitive material.

Could be down to NDA's, not outstanding, awful, sale around the corner, who knows!

Whatever the reasons, we simple investors are and will be the last to know, and as a result it just adds more fuel onto the already raging fire, namely guesswork, assumptions and meaningless debates.

There were endless debates before Mondays RNS, and endless and pointless debates since Monday

In my humble view, it’s quite simple

1. The invested, will always want the company to do well, will want a sale and a good ROI. No sale and war has clearly demotivated the holders, some probably don't post much, or at all. Either way, no investor in their right mind will try and coat the company with uber negativity and doom and gloom, why would they?

2. The non-invested, post negativity, pick holes in any RNS, make up stuff, use scare tactics, accuse the BOD, call them liars, and say things like the whole thing is a scam. They keep repeating the same mantra, x years and no sale. To them, I say so what, what difference does it make to you because you're not invested!

In summary, the peeps in point 2 are paid doomsters, or part of a team wanting (TW and crew) in at the lowest price because they see value, or will try to create SP movement so they can make the odd 10-15%. Failing that, perhaps they lead very miserable life’s, with few family or friends, and at worse, they are complete loons with Internet access!

Funniest and weirdest post are those from the non invested, spending endless time here, for what?

Even funnier and odd, when they say thay are invested, yet post utter drivel and negativity 24/7

Government should really cut back on the social broadbands tariffs, that would put a stop to the nutters, the freaks, the weirdo's and the jobless clogging up these BB's during working hours!

I work for a large organisation, with 8 sub-divisions, its quite common to see loans and loaned money on the books, accounts, and no license needed to borrow from or to lend to sister companies.

Seriously, if you have family or friends, go spend time with them, else things will get only bad to worse for you, I don't like or want to see people suffering from poor health.

If we and genuine investors stay silent, these parasites will cause havoc and carnage, was on iii for some 15 years, saw it endless times, attack after attack, thought perhaps here it might be different, in fact its worse.

Personally, once I'm out of share I never go back and post negativity surrounding the company, no need, have better things to do with my time. Also its about respecting fellow investors, some people get locked into a share due to buying the spike, just imagine how they feel when the parasites turn up and start bashing the company with all sorts of doom and gloom.

So the endless, pointless debate continues

The doomsters will now try and latch onto something different and milk it for another 500 useless posts, makes you wonder why they put so much effort (almost 24/7) into a share they're not even invested in.

Some posters really need to get out more, breathe in fresh air, clear their thoughts and thinking, and put their energy and efforts into something more useful, i.e. spend time with family n friends.

Life is too short to argue 24/7 who is right and who is wrong.

The genuine investors want a positive RNS in the morning, non invested, the bitter and twisted want a negative RNS, and will celebrate and gloat, and they will go about how they told the invested, how right they were and etc.

In reality, nobody knows what tomorrow will bring, even a broken clock is right once a day.

We are where we are, fact!

Every conceivable topic, subject, conspiracy has been dissected, there is nothing, absolutely nothing left to discuss.

Its now a game of wait, will EUA rise from the ashes? will it get sold for a fair price (whatever that is) ?, and when will it get sold? Back of mind, there is also the Sino agreement, why has that not been triggered if selling is not easy in the geo political environment. So many questions, so few answers (to date), therefore the meaningless chatter will continue.

IMHO, I only see two outcomes

Positive news (DFS, court case, sale and etc) could see the SP do a 5 fold lift

or

Ultra negative news (court case, no DFS, sanctions, cash balance), SP will nose dive big time, and perhaps company goes into admin.

Until then, talk amongst yourselves

Agreed, wish I had sold the lot at 40p, but I did self a fair chunk in the mid 20's, no claim to magic foresight, needed the funds for house move. I get it why folks positivity has turned into negativity, what I don't get is the 24/7 brigade, who post everything that has gone wrong and everything that could go wrong, including predictions like 1's is coming, if pees can see 1’s coming then sell, and buy back laters, win win for the so smart investors on here!

My portfolio consists of some 20 AIM companies, at least 40% are under water, but I have never bashed the BOD, the company, the NOMAD and etc, I'm accepting the situation with a view at some point I will break even or make a return on those down beaten companies. What would be the point of bashing those companies further? If I get to the point I see not light end of the dark tunnel, I will simply sell and re-invest elsewhere, and furthermore, I will not go back the BB and bash the BOD/company, bitterness is not good for one's health.

I'm just intrigued by peeps who are so ultra negative on a share they're supposing to be invested in...just doesn't stack up.

In a month or so I'll be selling my car, I'll advertise it on Autotrader at the market rate, but will point out all the potential things that could go wrong with it, and when the buyers come to see it in real I'll reiterate the potential downsides and faults with the aim of getting worse possible price for it!
