Japan has gone for full on hydrogen - needs platinum rather than palladium. All good because you don't get one without the other so it edges the bets.
there isn't enough production of battery materials to go all electric. We will have petrol, diesel, electric, hydrogen, LPG and as yet un-invented means of powering transport.
the bloke who lived in the house I currently live in used to travel between his two glassworks in Barnsley and Rotherham during the last war with a car run on hydrogen. He had the hydrogen in a giant bag floating in the air above the car - necessity is the mother of invention.
Go on find a de-ramp or ramp in that.
