Here are 4 questions for the webimar thing next week that I want answering anyone got anymore they want me to post?

Why have we been told that Jubilee is debt free for years and now we owe circa 40 million dollars worth of debt to a company, with hardly any time left to pay it?

Why are we building businesses up at the expense of shareholders and then selling them as they finally achieve profitability, especially at a time of increased platinum and Palladium prices? It happened previously with Middelburg and yet we issued shares and debt for the transition to chrome and PGM production, rather than build the production and building properly?

With the increase of PGM prices, is the amount of money for the sale of the South African side of the business being increased, due to the fact that the buyer can stage the price whilst processing and selling the product we have left for them or is the product ours to sell and we benefit from the sale of the PGM at their increased prices?

Would it not be easier to keep the South African side of the business to fund the growth of the Copper side and if money is required, would it not be better to sell a percentage of the business and keep some of the profits moving forward?

I did just that. I sold half my holding here, that I'd purchased at 10p for 17p and bought back in for 250 quid at the placing price and made more money, as I now have more shares than I did previously. I put another 750 quid in, so not a large amount, but this is only going one way, especially when the pension companies in Australia start buying properly. It wouldn't surprise me, if this goes to £5 quid a share within a year or two, especially if they continue printing money like they are currently, as they won't even need to go into debt to get Haverion running potentially.

2-3 years and then watch the dividends come in, if they aren't bought out before then.

This is great news, because of my understanding the sale of the authentication part of the business, will now in essence be paid as a special dividend, once that completes, due to the fact that the sale of that part of the business is going to be in effect, nothing to do with De La Rue now. Reading the RNS, it states that any dividends would potentially reduce the price that BIDCO are paying for the company, but I suspect that only means the Currency aspect paying a dividend, because if not the value of the sale will drop to 50 or 60p, as once all the pension debt and liabilities are reduced and the 30 million held in escrow, gone, as it won't be held in escrow anymore we may be looking at between 80p to a quid a share for all holders, for the special dividend.

To br fair, unless I have missed it, the best part of that thread has been missed out completely.

Great transaction by Jubilee $JBL to chrystallise value from a vast inventory of copper resources held in Zambia.

The transaction implies the Waste Rock Resource is worth $170 million, of which $JLP has spent a fraction to acquire and de-risk (develop).

So yep, that last sentence is the kicker. Basically we have paid about s 10th of its worth and selling it like we have done previously, implies that that one project is worth more than the company right now, without the chrome/copper/pgm and cobalt too.

Once the market allows this to grow, we are looking at a minimum of a 10 bagger in my humble opinion.

Imagine losing as much as 200-420 dollars a ton to process copper. I actually might go long on copper now, as the article states that over processing will be cut, but in a sensitive way and copper prices should rise. It genuinely looks like we are starting to process much higher % Copper ROM at literally the right time.

I got 107,969 at 0.9262 at 09:56, so already about 10% in profit. I got this share as a tip, off a bud yesterday evening, for a screaming buy and that was at 1.17, so to pick them up for 0.9262 and already be up, I am extremely happy. I hope that everyone makes money, whether long or short term holders.

That is technically incorrect. They might still be selling more into the future, but they have crossed the 5% threshold, so they have to announce it there. It's the same for buying, once they cross that threshold they have to announce it, once they finish selling or buying at that moment. They might be selling now or they might continue selling later on today or when the market opens again, but they are through the 5% now, so it had to be announced.

I particularly like the part where Leon says that the potential to make 100,000 tonnes a year just off what we have in Zambia prospectively.

I see value here and once we get where we should be, in a year or two, in terms of copper production, and not just potential, I personally don't think we'll see the share price much south of 25 - 30p. Giving a market cap of around 750 Million to a near Billion and at that point well on it's way to a FTSE 250 company. I hope that I am right with that at least.

Well here's my twopenth worth for what it is worth.

Can we all just agree that the level of silliness on this board is tantamount to a spolit child at times?

We have the people who for ages were bulls and posted only the positive and wouldn't allow anyone to post negative comments, as they'd shoot down those negative comments and we had the bears who posted negative or neutral comments and often engaged in sporadic debate to ensure that their point was lost in the chatter.

In the weeks and months previously, the battle has been about clarity, with the bears calling for clarity on the amounts produced, with numerous calls to underachieve on RNS's and overachieve in reality and that would stop the kerfuffle and move the share price positively and the bulls claiming that whilst clarity was needed, we have to trust the BOD and go from there and that would move the share price positively.

Well since the last RNS, which is basically what everyone called and asked for, in terms of clarity, ensuring the BOD is trusted and aiming low and getting high with production, and that we are now at the point where all cylinders are primed for launch, and the plans and processes work and we are concentrating to atleast 10x from old tailings and despite this all I have seen is a swap the bulls are slightly bearish saying that despite them getting what they wanted, it basically isn't what they wanted as the clarity isn't clear enough and the share price hasn't risen like they projected it would and the bears are now slightly bullish saying well we can now see the wood from the trees and we are going places in the future, with regards to the share price.

One example of this, I posted that we needed to know the throughput vs returns of Roan and Gotreal said we didn't need to know that information, as we had to in essence trust the board. A few days later after the RNS had been dissected SeisNav, I think it was, but apologies if not, said that we need to know the throughput and not once did he get told we didn't need to know the information.

Now call me stupid, but anyone that thinks that there 2 penthworth on a bulletin board that attracts individual investors comments and NOT institutional investors to purchase and hold is delusional at best. After all, what is Joe Smith and his pocket change going to do compared to the institutional investors and their millions?

At the end of the day, I come here to look at sentiment and hope to find out information that I could have missed, but that others have seen and informed us all on, regards of whether it is positive/negative or even neutral and thus information gives me a much bigger picture about whether or not I retain my investment or I liquidate it and cut my losses/profit and run.

The numbers aren't academic at all and yes we can guess at the percentages and even use the Brokers 67 percentage, but with it being much lower grade material, I would like to see the actual throughput and recovery and I am sure that everyone else here would like that too, as that grants and guarantees what the BOD says about our processes.

Also I think you will find looking back that I was one of the big supporters of the Chrome processing, admittedly for the reduction in processing for the PGM side of things, but I recognised early one that for every ton of chrome that is a ton less to be processed for the PGM side reducing costs and like now, we are probably the only PGM miner in South Africa, if not the world, that is actually making money off PGM'S, due to the chrome credit and the efficiencies we get.

I am fine with not knowing the recovery and throughput, as I do trust the BOD, but it would definitely show that we do things better than anyone else and it would give us an even bigger carrot and the ability to go after any available mines in Zambia to support our growth and we may even end up being one of the biggest copper producers in Zambia, if we play our cards right.

Yep, it is good news on Roan's Front end, but I would like to know because this is still commissioning phase,, the following: The recovery percentage, the amount of material processed and how long it took to achieve that amount. I don't feel that we need to know amounts right now, but if we run 10,000 tons through it and only get a 50% recovery, rhen improvements are needed, but if we get a 95% recovery rate and a very high grade concentrate, then we can rubber stamp the new Roan circuit and if we get that, then we will feel MUCH better, if we need to dilute for additional Roan concentrators at other mine sites, if required in a hurry.

I am back. I had to sell out to get my house over the line, due to an unexpected problem, but I am back and probably at the right time.

I see that the same people are doing the same arguments and it is slightly worrying and joyful at the same time, as it is because of the passion that helps people out. Personally, I think that this will come good and sooner rather than later, but I now am holding for as long as possible, as this has all the potential to be a FTSE 250 company based off just the chrome and copper that we have now, let alone on expansion. I haven't always been Leon's biggest supporter and I still feel that there is a lot of room for improvement in a lot of areas, but the one area, I haven't ever been able to fault him on is the design side of technology. He seems to be able to get results that other people just can't and yes he has been lucky with stuff, but sometimes we make our own luck and as Napoleon Bonapart said "I would rather have a general who was lucky than one who was good."

I have still followed this share, just waiting for an opportunity to get back in, hopefully, before all the news hit and this rewrote the share price to multiples of where it is today and I do feel like that is now evident, we just need them to confirm everything works as expected and then the fireworks can be lit.

landlords should be directly billed for every illegal immigrant now in the uk…. that’s a reported “£6m a day” and counting that landlords owe please! that is just the tip of the landlord iceberg. how many immigrants have we endured over say, 30 years? that is the bill including hotels. i didn't realise that landlords owned these, i thought they were owned in the vast majority by companies or plc's, but happy to be proved wrong.

house price spiralled out of control, thanks to immigrants and landlords. more down to house builders buying land and shelving it for years. lack of tradesmen and then those same tradesmen buying old and dilapidated properties and turning them around for a profit. but yep definitely the landlords are at fault.

uk landlords owe the uk economy billions and billions, when you add up their economic destruction. your uk children now cannot buy a house, thanks to immigrants and landlords creating our housing shortage. see above. ha ha ha ha ha ha.

I am an accidental landlord, following a breakdown of marriage, I got to keep the house I bought prior to marriage. I am in the RAF and that house through renting out has given 2 families, constantly let since 2015, a roof over their heads. I have made a small amount of profit each year and luckily for the second family, because I haven't been greedy, they have been able to save up, as I kept the rent cheap and at a steep discount to the rent for similiar houses in the area and they have been able to save up a deposit for their own house. Now, the bit I don't get is how that I am so many others like me are destroying the economy. Yes, there are unscrupulous landlords everywhere and the vast majority of those unscrupulous landlords put money over people, but please don't tar us all with that brush. As for the rest of your points:

1. Landlord numbers up. Yes, as single people enter relationships with individual houses and want the fallback of having a house togo to, if their relationship breaks down

2. Immigrants up. Yep, immigration has happened for over a 1000 years. Get over it.

3. Crimes up/most goes unreported. Prisons full up. No police. Landlords definitely caused this problem.

4. Rentards up. People spend thousands on new texh, holidays, tattoos, etc, then cant afford the thousands for a deposit. Definitely a landlord caused problem.

5. Instability up. More people, more problems. Definitely caused by landlords

6. Shoplifting up. See point 3.

7. Stabbings up. See point 3.

8. Cars/traffic jams up. See point 5.

9. Drugs up. See point 3.

10. Cost of living up. A war and a pandemic will do this.

11. Own home ownership down. Nothing to do with homebuilders buying land and selving it for years. Nothing to do with lack of tradesmen to build said houses. Nothing to do with builders/tradesmen buying up dilapidated houses and doing them up and selling them on at a premium. Definitely a landlord caused problem.

12. Economy down. Landlords crashed the world economy, definitely nothing to do with a war and a pandemic and trade wars, etc.

13. Home affordability down. See point 4.

14. Business leadership down. Yeah, I forgot landlords run every business.

15. Ability to afford a car down. But you state cars and traffic is up in point 8, so which is it?

16. Respect for authority down. No visible police around, the inability to discipline your own child. Yep, definitely caused by landlords

17. Mental health down. Yep, landlords definitely cause this.

18. Safety of women/children down. I need to see some proof of this, but point 5 stands.

19. Traditional values down. No church anymore, as the faith in the church has eroded. Nothing to do with historic cases in the church and point 16. Yep, everything to do with landlords there.
