.... no I don't think it's a good thing to be partnered with the Tanzanian govt necessarily, had enough issues with shares where the UK govt has been heavily involved and corrupt though many are , I reckon they could well and truly be schooled by those you seem pleased to be partnering with. Goes on to say Tanzanian govt believe in 'the equitable sharing principle' when it comes to taxation for mining & details Barrick Golds 50 / 50 split , which formed the basis of 2022 regs.

Having read various articles and nothing seemed to be set in stone , I concluded that regardless of where the MCAP reached and what cash was generated, considerable amts could be repaid to Tanzanian govt and that it was all as clear as mud to me. So after reading this and then the inf on logistical infrastructure , I beat a hasty retreat.

One of the primary areas I looked at prior to investing in Hex was comparing logistical infrastructure. Nothing anyone says could convince that HE1 will not encounter numerous costly and time consuming issues.

They are based over 1000km from Dar Es Salaam the main international shipping port.

Have a read about the issues that exist there , too numerous to post , so severe that the Tanzanian govt have given a 30 year lease to be reviewed every 5 years to DP a UAE company. This only happened tail end of 23 and I'm sure things will improve , but that takes time.

Then after arrival at port, where does it go ?

Look at main users of Helium, if to China for example, that's a minimum of 25 to 35 days at sea.

Helium handling is not straightforward .

I recommend reading the attached " The helium supply chain " most enlightening to a novice like me. Do they even have the required vehicles internally to transport to port , via the poor road infrastructure ( improving ) just one of the potential pitfalls.

Hex will not encounter any of these issues.

😁The Tanzanian govt who owns the main port insured they would be fiscally rrecompensed in the deal they did with DP. They get 60 % of the profits. Personally think transportation costs are going to bite HE1 hard , very hard indeed.
