If a company did a raise at +30% the accolades would be flying in. What He1 have pulled off is remarkable , infrastructure in place ( albeit works required) at peanuts compared to market cost & have unlocked funding & expedited hugely time to live production. They have avoided costly loan sharks and on boarded a company with a wealth of experience. All worth substantially more than if shares had been at + 30 %. Personally nothing I dislike about this transaction. They won't be selling & therefore no reason for sp to be adversely impacted. I can only conclude people either deliberately don't understand or alternatively need to give their heads a wobble.

Not interested in any debate on it , tiny amt, irrelevant to Hex and foolish for some HE1 holders to suggest drillers took shares instead of cash as they have insider knowledge.

They are definitely keeping them and won't sell , they have first dibs on any dilution , they want at a minimum to retain 40 % stake , those who don't comprehend why, need to do some research , I expect this to bounce hard & soon.

Now awaiting non dilutive funding news, which this acquisition unlocked , it was a mandatory precursor to sign off.

What I'm curious about is Sibanye - Stillwater wanting first dibs on fund raises , so they aren't diluted. If they sit at 40 % after deal completion, we all know what could happen next. They only have to aquire 11 % more and a T/O is guaranteed. They can sit back , watch Neo graft and then pounce or as they will be on the board , pounce when they see guaranteed growth potential. Happy to be corrected , neither a ramp or deramp.

The fact they want to remain at min approx 40 % is a clear indication that they have no intention of selling & I'm therefore somewhat perplexed at market reaction. I view yesterday's news as extremely positive for the company. I'm just a trite concerned about Neo being taking out too cheaply ( would still be substantially higher than current mcap).

I'm very happy with news , basically got conf too again that funding incoming , they'll have done their due diligence . Absolute monster in the making. The ii's will be all over this like a rash.

They're a multi billion Co, now wait watch and see who else jumps on board , in the knowledge they hold 40 % of the company.
