My takeaway YGEN say they have been asked to participate / in conversation with gov about operation moonshot. This imo bodes well for phase 2 activation (webinar 1 month old).
It was stated that YGEN have to Inform gov of positive cases but all they get is a mail from PHE basically saying tested privately you contact/trace. So this must mean that the figures reported daily are not correct. K
