I think both Brexit and the approval of AzN vaccine has held the SP back, it has held up amazingly well today and I expect a steady rise into results . I expect a clear indication of areas of future acquisitions , likewise full disclosure of our American partner and future supply contracts as at EOY. Going into 2021 vaccines or not , it is quite apparent testing will remain at the same level throughout the first half of the year., cases are higher then ever before. Just as the disease is new , so are the vaccines , we have no idea how long immunity lasts , we believe those vaccinated could still transmit the virus and it would appear that the AZN rollout may take up to two years and that is if we only need to be vaccinated once (2 shots). It is pure conjecture at this stage to try and even guess earnings for H2 2021. I also expect new innovative diagnostic tools to be released at a fast rate as they have been thus far. Somebody joked about a q124 , why not ? My biggest concern for society is if this mutated in some way that renders the vaccine useless. Tim V raised some valid points re vaccine take up / children and to add to that is the weakened immunity of the elderly for whom vaccines are never as effective , so I am also concerned about reaching the desired required 70 % take up he was discussing, which would enable the return to some degree of normality as I for one am sick of hibernating as I am sure all of you are.

Question. Is the immunity a vaccine gives any different to the natural immunity you get having contracted covid ? If the answer is the same then why have we not been antibody testing everyone who has had covid already to establish duration of immunity the vaccine offers , furthermore if the same immunity why bother vaccinating those that have already had it?

A million a week ? With approx 50 million adults requiring 2 shots that's a two year roll out ? Obviously other vaccines too , thought they had it ready to roll . The logistics of actually vaccinating people is another issue.

Read a lot of the French boards and think they consider the global sales as much if not more then the English. The fact they hold substantially more then us confirms that.

Oriens can you substantiate the French don't care about NCYT, imo that's nonsense. If they still hold 70 % approx that indicates to me they most definitely care and if they didn't, they'd sell and the English would hold a substantially higher percentage. Quite a simple equation.

Frequency of vaccine annually ? How did you come to that understanding ? I am clueless as to duration of protection the vaccine offers, don't know how anyone can know yet as vaccinations too new , only time will tell. K

Porky/ Airlineboy I second that and furthermore to suggest Mullis has been in anyway underhand is absolutely disgraceful. Without doubt the news of AZN vaccine being released has made some shareholders sell and unfortunately in my opinion there lies an element of dishonesty. Those who have sold will attempt to drive the share price down. We have known for months when results would be delivered. The only question I have is has phase 2 of the contract already been triggered and because it is already known to the market will they announce via RNS. I suspected this would happen and likewise am not at all concerned and will not sell a penny as news of phase 2 prior to results could land at any time, likewise a new large contract. The more virulent variant has dramatically increased the need for testing. The long awaited AZN vaccine is fantastic news for us and should not be seen as a threat , the rollout will take around a year in the U.K , plenty of time for NCYT to diversify with the cash pile they are sitting on. K
