Could be multiple things , could be gov wanting to swap products for different ones , could be Nova sold cheaper to someone else and they want matched price , could be don't want some ordered items as have Promate, or multiple other issues, or a combination , no idea all speculative, but what is VERY positive is to see disputes being resolved .
