“Andy B” did take part in the placing! Jane Suzanne Hall, Andrew Michael Burton and Kenneth Aphunezi Olisa OBE took 125k each in placing shares (£25k each a combined £75k), some might call £25k a token effort, but then some would!! The Directors have almost taken a combined £500k’s worth of the placing …… on almost any other company on the AIM that would be seen as a positive!

In cash terms the joint package of placing shares and salary sacrifice is £900k+ that they have contributed to the "financing package" ........ in any other company that would be seen as a big plus, not here though even though some were wondering why they weren’t putting their hands in their pockets, never good enough for some I guess The options has given some ammo to the dragon slayers and I do think it was a dumb move, but it’s done now and if taken they still don’t cover the cash loss of their salary until sold ……. and I can’t see them selling them!

If OUT only had one CEO he/she would have bought £410k’s worth of the placing …… as it is because there are two CEO’s they only bought £205k of the placing each …… and have taken a wage sacrifice to the tune of a combined £520k ……. over £900k they have put in to see if they can get to breakeven. Deluded, desperate (wish I had that kind of cash to be deluded and/or desperate with!) or confident! ……. stay tuned folks the answers should come along over the following months

My guess for the results …….. revenue will show an almost 70% improvement (positive spin! see what I did there, no flies on me!) on the same time last year of around £3.5m …… loss about the same ……. MRR revenue the same as at the start of the year, £600k ……. ok, it’s not a guess, they have already given us those figures, lol Question is, what kind of positive news can they put on it? has July and August added to the £600k MRR? ……. should be an interesting read!

Not sure it’s a joke ……. they have actually sold more units over the past 12 months (Electrolysers, Stacks and Acta Power units) than they ever have …… the time it takes to get onto these Telecoms provider lists has taken longer than Acta thought it would, but the Acta Electrolyser has apparently proven itself in the Telco trials that Acta have negotiated and presumably its also doing the job for M-Fields Telco customers as they ordered more units and are expected to order more this year. Having said all that, we all know that it’s probably a decent order that’s needed to kick start a rise in the SP
