The Company as yet hasn’t got back to me but a quick google of Chilean electricity prices has given me a basic knowledge for the time being. The £300k loan is a bridging loan and as we all know they are a more expensive loan because of there short term nature, I think it’s likely it will get paid back from an equity funding hopefully at a higher SP after news of the first 15 MW going online …… no guarantee though! The debt funding already secured for the 15 MW project is paying 6% p.a. over a 16 year term, so funding for the projects on reasonable terms is obviously available.

Cheers mate, I’ve seen that and I’m just looking for an idea on what the company expects to achieve per MWh, usually there would be some reference in a Broker’s note or maybe a Company presentation, anyway I have just emailed Rame to see if they can help. The Beco acquisition looks a sound one for £150k and I noted that according to Stockopedia in 2011 and 2012 the two years before they started on the new Rame path that they were profitable, which is a positive.

Does anyone know if there Is a Broker’s note or Company presentation anywhere that gives an idea to what the company can achieve for a MW of electricity?

It’s true cash is tight, but it’s not true to suggest that cash will be zero on completion of the Santander DD, there is wriggle room as not all the $1.6m ish raised was for DD, that info can be found in an RNS …… positive news on the 15 MW project going live and generating revenue could/should see an uplift in SP which helps for further funding rounds! Presuming the DD is a success then Santander buy their holding which swells the RAME cash pile a little bit …… as an example the 15 MW project already financed and due for completion at the end of this year saw $722k coming to RAME from Santander for their 80% equity stake. How am I doing so far? warm or cold?

If I’ve got the gist of this correctly they hope to buy out Santanders 80% holding in the wind projects once they go live and are hoping to fund the buyout by offering Institutions equity in return for the expected divi’s due from free cash In a nutshell does that sound about right?

I’ve only had a very quick look but they have form in restating previous earnings ……. 2012 revenue was shown as £4.2m by the time the 2013 accounts came out they had restated the 2012 earnings down by almost 40% to £2.69m Now they say they are restating last years revenue etc. ……. it doesn’t look good, you will need to delve deeper for the answers though.

Decent buying after a day of selling ........ I'm taking that as a positive in the SP reversal ....... guarantee the selling will now start after I said that!

Surely the last small acquisition placing was added onto the need for cash placing because the terms of acquisition changed …… These guys and girls will no doubt need some more cash at some point, but I’m willing to punt on some kind of positive news in the months ahead trumping the cash needs and sending the SP spiking higher first ……. but I aint interested in even a punt unless it falls below 5p ……. greedy and not that bothered but like I said it is now near the top of the punty punt list

Contract? what contract? The only thing that has changed is the way they bill customers, they have been with Microsoft forever (poetic licence), it certainly wasn’t a contract announcement on Thursday, but hopefully it will make it easier to sell product to customers because maybe part of the problem has been that with OUT selling Microsoft cloud and then explaining to the customer that they actually pay Microsoft directly is a little confusing ……. this news simplifies it, OUT sell and OUT bill the customer. Hopefully it will have the same reaction from potential customers as it has had from investors! I’ve been here longer than most and I’m one of a few holders/posters that still think OUT can pull it off and it’s great to see some new enthusiasm which is cutting very nicely into my losses, but …… at least try and get some of the facts right, lol

I found this hard to get my two brain cells around “the shift away from the previous generation product is occurring faster than expected.” “Consequently, the Company expects that results for this year will reflect this shift and to be below market expectations” shifting more of their new product is generating less revenue ….. probably something to do with the Cloud, it needs more investigation because like you I’m a little surprised to see the SP under 15p

No one is right or wrong yet (well apart from ITK who has been right so far) ........ as always the SP is a side show and it proves very little ........ come back in a year and you may well be telling me you were right along with ITK if the Dragon doesn't do what he says he can ..... or maybe I will be celebrating, who knows! As far as Outsourcery PLC (LON:OUT) shares are concerned at the moment we are coming off quite a bruising breakdown as revealed by the daily chart from April through to June in the first phase. The break of the June floor in August at 23p has seen the stock slide further, but at a decelerating rate. The hope as far as the bottom fishers are concerned is that the latest spike for the stock is more than a dead cat bounce and a weekly close back above the 50 day moving average now at 15.19p could be the technical buy trigger for lasting recovery. Indeed, this feature is key given the way that in many of the most bearish scenarios it is the 50 day line which can single handedly cap any recovery attempts. In fact, those who are cautious on the bull argument here at Outsourcery could wait for the intraday high of Thursday at 19.35p to be broken to call the shares back up as high as the top of a broadening triangle from June towards 40p – a 1 to 2 months price target. At this stage only a weekly close back below the triangle floor at 10p would really be dangerous in terms of hinting at an extended downside move."
