We like to see some alignment with the rest of us …….. Salaries of the Top Brass are not to bad either, CEO £130k, CFO £157k and Marcelo Banto the General Manager, South and Latin America Operations is the highest paid in the company, Rame head hunted him and to be fair the Latin America part of the company does make a decent operating profit so it would seem he’s worth the extra!

The CEO has a decent holding of almost 14% of the company, it maybe worth noting that he was happy enough to convert a £159k loan that he had made to the company into equity at the placing price (18p) when Rame listed ……..

The true RNS chasers take their chances, mind you they are normally spouting how good they are when the gamble pays off (I know I do, lol) ……. not so much spouting when it doesn’t, lol (bit like me, lol) It’s another decent win today and it will do for me on the hoped for road to recovery especially as it came through a key channel partner, the critics say the business model won’t work ….. the Dragon keeps plodding on though! me thinks he’s probably ruffling feathers of those in the sector with precious sensibilities! I’m liking this mate, although liking something and it actually delivering are two different things, lol ……. but I think you have found a nice little prospect in Rame. Hopefully they are on target and are erecting the 5 turbines as I type, I know from watching 8 turbines going up near me that they go up quick, it’s the groundwork that takes the time and the Oct update looked positive for that part of the project. Full year results should show around a 60% increase on last year and that is based on the recurring revenue run rate from the end of June …… they have won several decent contracts since then that should be adding to the Monthly recurring revenue When they finally get what was the OLD Government IL3 accreditation over the line, I’m hoping some Central Government contracts will follow because that would be a big deal, IMO …….. Come on Dragon “we’re going to do what they say can’t be done”

I had a reply from Charlotte at Rame and she said that they are in the process of updating their company presentation in tandem with redesigning their website, she did send me plenty of various links all of which have already been posted on this BB, she’s also added me to the mailing list for company updates, newsletter etc.

LOL …… accounts genius, I don’t think so! Nothing ever runs as smooth as we hope in any company that we invest in, but in a few weeks this one should for the first time be receiving income from selling 15 MW of electricity to prove their game plan and the net return on the equity put into that 15 MW from both Santander and Rame will be in double digits (using info in a CEO video) = very attractive! They have an income stream from the new Solar subsidiary, they have engineering income and the way they have quite cannily structured how to finance the various wind farms means they will have income from selling the equity stake in the projects Chile does look good for renewables even with falling oil prices, actually most of the world looks good for renewables even with falling oil prices because the cost of renewables has fallen substantially over the last few years! Yes they will still need to raise capital at times, but as long as its being raised to for growth, then that’s fine and dandy. Cheers for flagging this one up, lets hope its as good as it looks at the moment.
