I know EVO got £210k in Venn shares for selling Labskin, but that doesn’t look like a great deal for their investors when Helium have just stumped up almost £650k for only a 44.4% stake to commercialise Labskin Looks like Venn got a real bargain!

It’s a strange old market, I was just looking back to see that when the €800k strategic investment in InnoVenn was announced (to commercialise Labskin) the market didn’t react, in fact the SP went down after the announcement ….. crazy! Venn bought Labskin from Evocutis for £210k Venn then managed to get a Direct investment of €800k from Helium Rising Stars Fund into it’s subsidiary InnoVenn for a 44.4% stake in InnoVenn. Venn hold the controlling 55.6% stake in InnoVenn but now don’t have to fund InnoVenn from working capital as the €800k investment means InnoVenn is independently funded to commercialize Labskin Think about it …… Venn paid EVO £210k for 100% of Labskin, they then convinced Helium to stump up almost 3 times more than £210k for only a 44.4% stake. You have to ask why would Helium put €800k directly into a subsidiary as opposed to taking €800k in Venn shares which would be easier to sell if they wanted to in the future ……. answers on a postcard Same waffle different BB

If they intend to buy the other 10% within 60 days then they will have no cash left. It is what it is and as you say DL has a good record of ramping something higher before the inevitable happens, lol ….. GL but I won’t be surprised to see you doubling your money from here, lol

When the positive news starts to drop old Rame should start moving I had a quick look at EVO, not for me, if they take the other 10% in the mine thereby having 20% they will have zero cash left or as near as makes no odds …… so another placing is a cert, of course a bit of PR to suck some in is probably guaranteed from here before the placing! so there is probably money to be made by selling to the mob! but it ain’t an investment. The other thing is that it all looks to cosy for me, DL has his base in Monaco I believe and wouldn’t you know it so do Brazil Tungsten Holdings Limited, all very cosy especially as DL knows how to get his hands on city cash which the mine obviously needs ……. it might come good, who knows? http://www.itia.info/brazil-tungsten-holdings-ltd1.html

Good ........ as long as they do what they say they can business wise then the SP is just noise, especially on a share that is illiquid

Positive cash generation now they are winning larger contracts The Interims showed cash and cash equivalents of €0.317m, but importantly the May and Sept contracts that were won for a combined €5.4m bumped the cash position up to approximately €0.96m by the end of Sept because the nature of these contracts is that they receive payments upfront, which obviously works wonders for cash flow!
