I only follow it from a distance, more out of intrigue with what’s going on than anything else! I haven’t read through it, just a quick glance, they say July saw positive operating cash flow but with all the noise I’d want to see evidence of it. As will be pointed out by the bears the receivables and intangibles have increased hugely and they burned through £100m+ of cash in 6 months …… profit is great, but it means nothing if it doesn’t convert into cash! Sticking money in there doesn’t interest me, but if I was thinking about it I’d be waiting for the F/Y results to see if they can deliver …… if they can’t then it looks like they need more cash

little bit of movement is because the H/Y Results are probably due any day?!

H/Y results should be out in Sept, so time for a guesstimate! I’ll post it here the same as for the last F/Y guess because it would probably receive a strange reaction from those on the normal board, lol Managed service revenue should have grown due to an increase in passenger numbers but the strength of the £ in that period will have affected the the revenue number …… Guesstimate for managed services £1.6m I don’t think the $2.6m tech contract announced in April will fall in the H/Y numbers, they do seem to have a few more smaller contracts than the same time last year but there is the £ strength to take on board ……. Guesstimate for tech division £2m Total H/Y revenue of around £3.6m with a loss of about £900k Cash needs looking at because I think they were running out of cash hence the need for a quick and rushed placing at 40p on the back of the Ebola stories.

I like reading what TW spouts in his SP articles and in the case of say Quindell he is actually finding out some interesting stuff that does indeed look dodgy for Quindell. Here though at the moment he does seem to have a problem with the Dragon, pointing out the Dragons failures etc ……. who doesn’t fail?! There was nothing new in yesterday’s SP article from TW he just re typed the RNS into words he understands ……. nothing wrong with that either, no doubt it helps those that can’t read an RNS! Still here ..... see plenty of upside from here ....... just taking on board what all the geniuses are saying, while the SP has fallen it gives them kudos! lol ....... shares go down, shares go up ........ I've only been here since Jan (which is no time at all) and I still think that the new secure government cloud will see some uptake.

The ii's with a longer time frame probably think that there finally seems to be traction gathering pace in the fuel cell/hydrogen sector .......... and what sets acta apart is still the fact that they have a unique product and while still a new product they have managed to get the acta power into more trials in one year then all the partners that were supposed to be doing the same thing

£600k MRR base with which to build on ....... the dragon and SN buying £400k of the placing shares is still a positive

I'll be holding on for now, fortunately buying all the way down has kept me within spitting distance of break even and the placing is pretty small, which is a plus ....... a few more contracts and new money coming in on the back of them will hopefully give me the option to get out at a decent level ........ I'm not the sort to worry about taking the hit and moving on, but I still like the story here

In reality I'm not sure it draws a line ....... still a long way to go and it goes without saying that material contracts need to start rolling in now (along the lines of the last one) The Directors might be taking part in the placing and the Co CEO's are taking a wage hit and cancelling Options that were performance linked but in return they are being granted the cancelled 1p Options back if they subscribe within 12 months, so they haven't lost or gained the right to the options apart from now they are not performance linked! ...... that sticks in the throat even for me!

L&G have been here a while and have taken part in past placings

No one knows for sure the exact amount that needs to be raised, although it is probably a fair assumption that the £5m figure that came from the Edison note is probably there or there abouts ……. I think the funds will come from equity with some kind of extension to the debt on the company balance sheet …… the million dollar question is at what price will the funding be at! bobsyeruncle seems to be another poster with good knowledge of the industry …… the only difference at the moment is that bob seems to be on the bulls side! Will OUT hold back on the funding for a little while in the hope that some more of the pipeline materialises into full blown contracts and then maybe hope to see a bounce in the SP …… who knows!

To find cash, big discounts being asked for from the ii's ..... the only positive is that at least they have the cash now! As we've been saying for a while now ...... can they get a decent order over the finish line!
