In basic terms today’s news mean that in the last 10 months they have won about €12m in contracts …… if that figure in that timescale doesn’t say “it looks like we were right and have found a niche in the market” what does? For me there is plenty to like here …… but as always, DYOR
The best bit of these contracts are that they are “milestone contracts” which means regular cash flow when certain milestones have been hit, the other good thing is there length as it gives the company a great idea of forward looking revenues and profits VENN are expected to become profitable this year and every new contract won will add to that profitability
The Gross Margin is an important number for a company with high but stable costs and it is going in the right direction and is expected to improve. “The gross margin has increased to 45% (2013: 36%) and this is expected to improve further as the business scales against a stable cost base.”
Only got time for a quick glance, Exit RR is actually more than I was expecting, so while not brilliant it is a step in the right direction. The cash flow statement shows a big improvement Cash outflow from operating and investing activities in 2013 was a whopping £9m 2014 saw that figure more than halve to around £4m, that’s a significant drop! €4.1m contract extension …… excellent start to this year When more contracts start to fall into place, that’s when the penny will drop as to why funds wanted in and wanted a place on the BoD http://www.investegate.co.uk/venn-life-sciences--venn-/rns/contracts-for-eur4-1m-with-us-biotech-client/201503300700297804I/
at the buys and sells, it's an irrelevant exercise, lol ........ but it looks like it's getting gradually higher to buy! Double digits soon ...... Q big sell, lol
Outsourcery plc ‏@Outsourcery 26s26 seconds ago Skype for Business will be launching this summer! Keep an eye out for further news and updates from Outsourcery #Skype4B #getready #UC
I’d say that is the last of the seller, one sell, one buy and that explains the turn this afternoon Sounds like I know what I’m talking about, alas, it’s just more waffle ……. no idea but as sure as the clocks will spring forward …… the RAME SP will rise, one day Rodney, one day!
To the turbines turning ..... sorry ....... the cash generators turning, better than a mythical "money tree" any day
about to turn!
The results on Monday will make or brake this SP range Noticed the dragon re-tweeting a piece about Skype for business
Hi Sahid …….. On the half year adjusted PTP margin I’m struggling to see how they will hit the analysts £1.5m even with a £5m revenue upgrade, maybe £700k
I'm hoping
This is very cheap for the long haul! (looks cheap, for balance) Mind you I'm long with a higher average so I would say that
Today’s news should also helps in the short term for cash flow. As well as given RAME access to funds by way of the sale and construction to EREN it should also mean that £600k in funds raised for the PUNTA construction on listing are available to RAME to use as they see fit.
in the ...... this is cheap box
There you go ...... seems it's still the reason for the drop, really need some more buyers, still that's short term stuff
I think that second half revenue growth could well be higher than forecast, but I’m still struggling to see how they are going to hit analysts adjusted EBITDA of £1.5m for 2015, I’ll be surprised if that figure is not revised down. They have just realized a 20% rise in H/Y revenue compared to the same period last year, which produced an adjusted drop in operating profit of about 68% on the same period last year to £250k (as Sahid say’s the vast majority of the exceptionals are one off costs, but those costs do mean that the H/Y will record an actual loss) Top line growth I can see, however it’s the bottom line growth and the all important cash generation I think will disappoint for a while Still on the fence, lol
It's still only March, we'll be back in the black by Dec ....... my glass is always half full!
for the timing here, lol
