I think it’s a great idea, selling electricity that you generate on site over 20 years should have good returns on capital, I know I’ve been looking at it myself and even without the feed in tariff solar is making more and more sense financially. Anyway each SPV becomes another cash generating asset to Rame

The reason for the delay was made clear in the RNS and it’s really out of Rame’s hands as to how quick the operator of the substation moves to get the modifications done to comply with the new regs. Frustrating, yes …… Farce, no IMO

ITK ...... it wasn't that long ago you were telling the bb that the chances of OUT raising new money was slim and that they would have to go private again ...... now Vodaphone have stepped in with a loan with decent terms 73% rise in recurring revenue from 2013 to 2014 and recurring revenue growth to the end of 2015 is on track for double digit growth just from the end of year run rate so anything won since then will add to the growth rate Yes, they need to convert some contracts, we all know that and the high gearing which is/has/was killing the cash flow will hopefully become the positive they and me hope it will become as more contracts are won Still a long way to go though .........

Maybe this news will give the SP a jump start and get it into the recovery room, would have preferred contracts to jump start it but I'm not complaining, lol

Lending to OUT ...... pi's will probably and correctly in my opinion (tongue in cheek) focus on the warrants with a 30p price tag, lol Anyway it's better than dilution, I think!

On the whole I’m happy with what is in the results, and revenue this year should be growing on several fronts so should look a lot better than today’s numbers It’s probably going to take some news on the wind project going live or Santander buying into the next project to get the interest from the market to drive the SP I still think Rame is undervalued ……. the US$69 million framework agreement with Santander is for a further 133MW, using the metrics attributed to palming off the 9 MW Punta Chrome project to EREN Développement would equate to the 133MW being worth about £18m to Rame and you are getting that value for a discount of about 55% to today’s market cap

It would be a decent result to get anywhere near the $3m I’m kinda looking for Beco had an order book to Sept 2014 of almost $2m when RAME acquired it in June …….. that’s where I see the jump in revenue from the $400k in the first half to around the $3m mark for the full year I agree T-raider that the leaving results to the last possible minute is annoying

I’ve found it difficult to get a handle on what to expect revenue wise in the results, hopefully after these results there will be more info with which to try and get an idea of what to expect in the future. So as a stab in the dark (based on info available) for full year revenue I’m going for $3m which would be just over a 600% increase on revenue at the halfway stage.

Yeah, we won’t know the H/Y results until Sept, unless they give us a trading update. I had them down for having enough cash until well into the second half even if no new significant business is won because of the “restructuring” last Aug ……. we’ll see. “our gross margin has increased to 45% (2013: 36%) and this is expected to improve further as the business scales against a stable cost base.” …….. more contract wins affect the Gross Margin positively and this will obviously have a positive effect on cash burn ……. bit of straw clutching from me, lol I listened to TW of Shareprofits at the weekend saying he has OUT as one of his stocks that will be gone from the AIM in 18 months …… I still don’t agree with him on OUT (normally I do tend to side with his view on quite a few shares) as I think there is hope and his main problem seems to be with the X Dragon as opposed to what OUT actually do …… again, we’ll see.
