Management appear to be glossing over the perceived non delivery of machinery here ... you can’t keep setting deadlines then changing them . The final unconditional completion date at end of March next year .. will that get bumped back as well ?? It’s already been delayed at least 3 times ...

A decent holding here it appears all sells at .75 are getting hoovered up very quick . Only 2 mins on the last sell ..

Not feeling particularly positive about Ruyi delivering the goods so to speak before the month is out , but I do believe the company to be undervalued regardless of the deal so I will hold and continue to add on any drops !
Fingers crossed though!

Current market cap circa 2.3 m only covers the non refundable cash payments already received from Ruyi!! The actual business and assets are being valued at nil. No logic on AIM !

As tempted as I am to add to my holding before the anticipated news on machinery , I plan on holding back some funds on anticipation of a no deal and ruyi pulling out .
I can see major panic selling and mms games giving the opportunity for buying at 0.5-0.6 maybe even lower , i for one will be loading up . Fingers crossed though for ruyi to come through with the deal completion and a quicker rise to sensible market cap .

If the ruyi deal completes , and at this stage it is a very big if , 3.5p will come and go very quickly imo . The potential here with the backing of ruyi is huge .. 10-20p target would be realistic if you have the nerve and the patience .

Looks like miton might be done selling , I’m sure they would be taking advantage of this buying otherwise . Could be a return to 1.5-1.8p short term before news .

Let’s see if miton want to dump another 2.5m , seems they like to unload at .75 or higher ..

Then again maybe they are unable to buy now due to incoming good news regarding machinery :)

The management could do to throw us pis a bone at some point , new ceo buying at these levels would be a token gesture even .

By miton by the looks of things this morning , delayed and showing as a buy . Fits their selling size , wonder what they are reducing to % wise , can’t see them getting out entirely ..

Good buying this morning , hopefully we will see a move towards 1p on anticipation of news this month , if positive 1.8-2p could be just around the corner . If / when the machinery lands I will be staying put however Tempting as it would be to take a 200% rise I think the potential here for 10-20 bags with ruyi on board is worth holding for . Gla

Couple more top ups for me at .83 and .80 in the last couple of days . With miton dumping bringing the share price down I believe this level is near the bottom . Roll on September gla

The extension of the unconditional completion date to 31 March 2020 is conditional on Ruyi providing to Bagir all fabrics and the manufacturing equipment by the end of September 2019.

So I guess the new ( effective ) deadline is 30thSeptember or 1st October if no news on the free machinery by then the deal is officially off . Let’s hope unlike every other deadline it does not go to the wire and we can move onwards and upwards gla

Strange one , that volume would normally move the sp up 25+% with the small free float .. we will see if any other big trades materialise over the coming days.
