Mr Ben Ezry has been busy since his last tr1.. any guesses as to his holding now ? I’m thinking around 10.5% . Hopefully he has a large % target ! OnwArds and upwards..

It actually is around 7.3m buys and circa 1.3 sells since they moved to .65/.70 .

But does it not seems like the mm’s are holding this back so mr Ben Ezry can accumulate what he wants ? Circa 4 million buys in the .65/.70 bracket with only a few hundred thousand sells yet no move up ??? Hmm

I can’t get my head round it either , if these idiots just held .., we would over 1p with this buying volume !!

Certainly I’d think most holders new or old would be very happy to get back to the 2-2.5p range we have been in pre deal delays .
10 - 15p does seem to be far fetched at this stage but still only represents 60-90 m market cap based on ruyi deal completion and the 50% more shares in issue ...
Holders in PET probably thought similarly after years in the 1-2p range before exploding up to circa 26p in a matter of weeks .. just saying strange things happen!
Let’s hope 2020 is a big comeback year for one of Aims must undervalued stocks all imho dyor of course

The nominal value of bagr shares is 1p so they cannot do a placing at less than that value unless they put forward a motion to change nominal value at an egm .
It seems like it is in their interest to raise the sp from this lowly level .

Prime your post does not seem to describe a company with a 1.6m market cap !! The disconnect between the true value of the company and the market cap are huge imo with or without a deal .

I generally keep an eye on buys and sells during the day .. and I don’t recall any buys over 1m especially multiple buys of over 1m .. looks to me like this was built up over weeks rather than days .. 25m is a lot of shares to acquire in 500k / 350k chunks!
