The world will need hundreds of millions of tests. Many of those will be cheap and inaccurate, but first world countries will pay for tests that are 99.9% accurate.

Yes Bob, I had to move a new tenant in today, but I didn’t get closer that 3m. I’ve recently lost two Moldovans, two Italians, two Portuguese, two Hungarians and a Spanish. Even with that loss, I was not happy about going out, but the guy works in care homes and needed a place to live.

I’ve got loads to do in the garden. I got the last delivery of compost and farmyard manure before the garden centre closed down. I also have a Grainfather brewing system arriving on Monday, with a load of malt. I’m well set up now.

I can’t imagine being locked down on the 9th floor somewhere in London.

Growing veg is a lifesaver.

Troajan, the mines are distinct. They have their own geologists, support staff and contracts. As long as there is enough cash to get them both going, it makes sense to me to get them both producing.

That’s how lecturing works. Nothing wrong with listening to our peers, but our peers do not get to broadcast on the BBC. That is the province of those “on high”.

I have no reason to doubt the hand washing, distancing and isolation advice. I do not think they are lying and, apart from sitting too close in the HoC, I trust they were practicing. Obviously, they failed, but I think the advice they gave makes sense.

My most recent mother-in-law would certainly have been downed by COVID19. She was shuffled back and forth between her nursing home and hospital on a monthly basis for about three years. She only really worried when the water under her bed was starting to reach the mattress, or when people she didn’t recognise got off the train in the top corner of her bedroom. She got those last three years because she could pay for them. On the NHS, she would not have lasted. If I can go “before my time” and avoid being kept alive and fleeced, I will.

Check Italy, France,, Spain and the US. The only country that was prepared for this was South Korea, because of their very nasty experience with SARS.

I’m lucky that my veg plot is in my back garden, so I’ll be doing a Bob out there this lockdown, but in a less competent way. Thankfully, nature does all of the clever stuff.

Safetyman, we travelled back from Ireland at the end of November and I had a massive bout of flu. I’ve never experienced anything like that before. Three full days of fever, muscle pain and almost narcolepsy. I couldn’t stay awake. The missus got it after me, but not quite as bad.

STV, I have 3 killer jars of kombucha, that I didn’t touch for well over a year. Maybe closer to 18 months. I took them down from the shelf and found three scoby hotels! Took them out, rinsed them off, washed out the jars and fed them. Now back in production. Amazing things!

Nobody here is a pandemic expert. Rehash all your second hand opinions ad nauseum, by all means, if it makes you feel better emotionally or superior intellectually. Bickering does not help or educate anyone. It has no effect on the share price.

Sure, the tungsten price is important, because we are now producing tungsten. We will soon find out how much we are producing and how much money we are making, but we can’t influence production volumes. No-one at the mine will be slacking, for certain.

There is NO suggestion that there are COVID19 cases at the mine. I don’t know if having a case there would shut down the mine for any length of time, so I guess they will just have to fall off that bridge when they come to it. If anything significant occurs, we will be informed.
