It didn’t matter how that RNS was worded today. The trolls are all over it. He should have said / not said, not smiled months ago. And now it says exploring? Why not applied for?

Well, this may be another good time to remind ourselves that ARB is a listed company and has to follow LSE rules, which include, don’t say something is happening when it isn’t and don’t say something isn’t happening, when it is. Of course, words can be misinterpreted and that is why companies must employ a nomad, who is there to help and advise. Every RNS has to be approved by them, so whatever goes out in a RNS has a reasonable chance of being true.

Anyway, it’s all good here. Even with btc in the doldrums this month, our company is profitable, with mining revenue of £29.96 in H1 and probably around £60m in H2, with huge expansion plans and a Nasdaq listing to look forward to. Lots of posters talking about a four years payback, but I can see a top slice coming in the next 3-6 months, especially if btc plays ball.

Hexam, good work! Agree with almost exactly 10%, versus the 4% increase in mining per day in June. I expect some of the discrepancy is in the non-bitcoins mined, but I’ve asked Perry why there’s a difference.

Did you work that out, or is there a link to that figure, please? They mined 4% more btc and equivalents, so if your 10% is correct, we can’t apply that across the board, as I suppose the reduction is in btc difficulty only.

I’m not talking financial accounts, I’m talking fag-packet basic maths. There won’t be 200 per month over the next 12 months, but I use that as a base. Btc won’t be $35k over the next 12 months, but I use that as a base. General admin won’t be £2m over the next twelve months, but as a proportion of income, it’s too small for me to worry about. I don’t know the tax position of Argo, and I haven’t accounted for it, because on my very low estimate of gross income, I believe the current sp should be at least double.

My whole point is that ARB is grossly undervalued. I see from your previous posting history that you think ARB should be about 22p, based on btc at $32, so at least i under why you are taking my worst case figures and magicking them down to £10m.

PIs may have been put off ARB by the constant trolling, but larger PIs and institutions aren’t as gullible, hence the multiple days of double digit buys at £49.5k.

7am Monday RNS for June Mining figures, increased with increasing share of has rate. I wouldn’t bank on buying cheaper than yesterday, but good luck with it anyway.

Saylor said last night that the US valued btc miners far higher than other exchanges. That just the way it is. PW didn’t comment. He doesn’t comment on Nasdaq.

Saylor also said the best Chinese miners will go to North America. There is no shortage of rigs, but a massive shortage of infrastructure with cheap power. PW has done a brilliant job to set us up with the new 200mw facility in Texas.
