@Darth,I firmly believe in fair value, if a deal goes through blind at 30p, regardless of how much cash I make here. I will be extremely frustrated and annoyed, because fair value potentially being hidden from SH’s. If the accounts justify 30p fantastic, publish them then let’s see what happens, on full transparency. 💯👍

At 30p it's too low. I expect new bids. Order book is strong. DD done, others will take it on for more if Sid has priced it at 30p, others will take it on for more with bit more risk.

Rival bidders know where to start their bid from at least!!

Agreed - it's deferred timing in revenues/ profits. Cash from the £30M is deferred into future. Also, many of here saying there is a bigger whole is speculation. Management has confined error to rebate accounting and before the RNS would have had PWC check calcs.

£30M profit adjustment = £400M wiped off its market cap. Just doesn't add up. I'll add and wait for the bounce.

What is the cash impact of this? Just deferred profits

Yes this is correct. I see cash problems a few years from now. The market isn't kind to them and with a small cap floating those numbers financial restructuring will be required at the detriment of shareholders. They are banking on market recovery but may never materialise for VCP
