I know having worked in this sector it is genuinely hard to estimate profits from these types of contracts. Remove the noise and move on.

Like I said previously the KRG now will have funds through this deal to enable them to pay DNO 300m or which 75m will head towards Genel. Massive rerate in the SP underway.

I cannot see that this subject would not have been at the forefront of negotiations between KRG and OLC's. They have had many months to have brought this subject up and assurances would have been given. KRG not paying it will only prevent future investment in the region. I am bullish on this, that arrears will get resolved. How and when is a different matter. The prosperity of Kurdistan and Iraq depends on this.
