Actually in my last company after the CEO issued that kind of email. Went on and bought shares as did the CFO and the CFO told us in London we were under valued and as an internal auditor inside that company myself (because we had access to the global consolidation software - we needed it when scoping our audits for each country to visit it made sense they bought in).

I still feel these tw a ts won't buy using their own money. The CEO here is incompetent based on that call last week. Keep your trap sh ut and have a think what it might end up doing. But no

That's a buy signal. Seen similar email go out in my previous US listed company. Fill up people if you see CEO/CFO make buys.

Thunder i disagree. KPMG has thousands of partners within the firm globally. A peer review could have been done by another partner based in say the USA. There is something much deeper and fact management at Wood are supposed to 'protect shareholder value'. Let's face it over the past week they have done no protecting by issuing a communication. They saw this melt away but have stayed quite since results.

@Thundet so you are saying they have mad people working at Franklin that woke up one morning and thought let's shaft all these people that invest in our fund to improve our returns to those investors?

Top marks for whoever answers this question with proper reasoning and justifies their cash position before and after.

@nuri my former employees (KPMG) were at the wheel over at Carillion. Hope that helps where i see this going.

The fact that fund sucked up a massive loss in 2 weeks makes me think someone has given them the wink. You know - let's all gather at the boys club on fleet street get on the vodkas say a few things all boozed up that's confidential and then dump the shares for an early get out the next day.

Everyone will be long until this approaches 30p then everyone will be wanting out. The RNS was a big gaff that BoD have not corrected. We saw the same sh iite at Petrofac. Lack of transparency. Then pop. D4E over there and everyone is in the dark over at Petrofac now for many many months. These are kids these CEOs can't send to the shops with your money. Incompetent tw i ts.

Because i was expecting a response from them. At least by now. I'm beginning to feel like this is Petrofac all over again.

Correct. However, the BoD made large purchases not so long ago. They are privy to more information than we get and would not have parted their money in this way. We will see some BoD purchases soon
