@ Straycat well said. Ponzi doesn't understand GKP. Just interested in posting rubbish. Prediction yesterday never materialised. There will be another buyback and more dividends announced before the year is out.

Benefit to shareholders is that more dividends can be distributed to remaining shareholders. Ie shareholders that are loyal.

Because you are thick. Why would the Board announce a buyback now? They will announce it once price drops it's common sense. They will let the price drop then buyback.

@ValueS it makes sense to preserve cash. For sure they will distribute it when they have a better understanding of where they are. No debt lots of cash is what is required to jump through strategic issue presiding over this cash cow of a business. The BoD distributed good dividends a few years ago so there is clearly an intent to do so. Patience is required here and despite so many setbacks GKP is riding this really well. IMO
