The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Was Tarabani and Mitsare not part of the south kakheti corridor ?
What’s up Looed - did I offend your biggest fan?
Most shareholders on here want communication direct from the company. You seemed to promote the use of personal email to do this but that’s not the appropriate channel for SH comms. I have asked politely if you would bring this up with whoever you have dealings with, but as yet, you’ve not confirmed whether you have or not ? So answering this question would be more fruitful than calling me a troll !
Just for reference - I have been invested in FRR for 10 years. I have a substantial holding. In future, don’t throw insults at investors who just want answers.
Lifeishard - you’re a fake.
All this mutual appreciation nonsense. Thanks to all - I feel positive - news will flow - good luck to all nonsense. Means f-all.
Don’t know what your game is but I’m highly sceptical.
Lifeishard - are you now acting as Looed PA. Give it a rest will you. Your reply from 2020 has no meaning in todays context so why post it again?
The only reason Looed is mentioned more than others is because he has managed to communicate with FRR in a way no one else has - therefore it seems logical to direct our frustration via Looed back to FRR.
Whether Looed likes it or not - he is in a more privileged position than the rest of us. I didn’t ask for that but that’s what FRR have created through their inappropriate communication process.
There is no one on this chat board that doesn’t want some kind of communication direct from the company so collectively this should be our aim.
Done that many time times toatie - as have many others, with no response. That’s my point - we don’t get acknowledged. Looed, however does and that’s not right imho. I’m not pointing the finger just expressing my opinion on a situation that clearly isn’t working for all shareholders. Comms should not be for a select few, but for all invested here.
If Looed has the ear of certain individuals within the FRR closed circle then I would ask him to escalate this issue. We all deserve to be in the loop.
If others choose a different route (knocking on doors, using the media ) then they should not be criticised. We have been ignored far too long! Pressure should be applied.
Looed stated - “ I know the people who contacted the judge did it with good intent, but that action was damaging to the company and to the relations that some of us had been steadily building with them. I got a verbal slap in the face (I can still feel the mark!) and I had to share a very terse message from the company with you all. If I recall correctly, that was the last significant message we got from the company”
Looed - why not return the verbal slap if your relationship is that close. We are shareholders, not school children. They r the ones who have f-Ckd up, not us. We are living with the consequences of their naivety and poor judgement - so feed that back and ask them to show us respect by putting us in the loop and keep us informed.
Enough of this “let’s not upset them” nonsense.
If what you say is fact Looed, I am still perplexed as to why FRR choose to alienate shareholders rather than bring them onboard? When you do not communicate then you run the risk of escalating the levels of frustration. This leads to exactly where we are today!!
Shareholders are many and as far as I can recall, you were not made an FRR appointed spokesperson for all of us, however you act like you are ! If we are to follow your suggestion, basically we all remain silent until the court cases play out, which at best is next summer. In the meantime we do nothing ?
There is something not right here !!!
I see no reason why the company cannot communicate to all shareholders, through the appropriate channels, outlining what is happening! Basic level info. We may know most of it already but that’s irrelevant - the important point is the communication itself.
If they continue to remain silent then I will remain very suspicious as to why that is and those who outwardly defend this course of action.
The company has been emailed a thousand + times with nothing more than a very odd response saying absolutely nothing of interest - so this form of comms clearly doesn’t work.
We don’t have Steve’s mobile number so we can’t call him.
Looed has contact at some level within FRR and is privy to some information but he cannot divulge this to all shareholders, so this route isn’t providing much clarity either.
So, shareholders - what next ? Do something else or do nothing? Keep in mind, the sit and hope process has delivered zero comms in 4 years, so why would that change ?
Do we wait until summer 2023 only to see the court dates slip again ?
If someone is willing to go and explore a new way of getting the attention of FRR then I’m all for it - cause what has been done over the last 4 years has delivered FA of value.
If anyone else has some ideas, then let’s hear.
Lifeishard, you spend a lot of time thanking certain contributors while having a go at others. I’d rein it in a bit. The bottom line here is that we are 4 years detached from AIM and our shares are still valueless and the company does not communicate. Continual congratulations to the sleuthers hasn’t helped our situation - has it? We are still in dark!
Shared information is what this board is about so there is no need to continually thank the contributors who share their findings.
If however, we have someone who can make inroads to the FRR board and encourage them to start talking to us, then that maybe worth showing appreciation for.
Don’t forget we are FRR shareholders and we do not deserve to be completely ignored.
Well said wada. Sleuthing is what happens when we don’t have proper communication. Getting answers to certain questions is much more important. The silence has been too long imo. We all thank those who dig a bit deeper behind the scenes but the bottom line is we are still left in the dark waiting on the resolution to court cases that keep slipping further out. It’s completely unacceptable to have zero comms from the company! anything or anyone who can help change that, I’m all for.
We need to see some action on this - not just words.
BP arnt short of a few billion ??
Why does FRR related messages get deleted yet RR can spout more war rubbish and it remains online ?
This board has become a little odd ?!?
Not sure it does matter - the lack of news, progress etc is the reason this share still remains at all time lows. Waiting for the day that may never happen is how I would summarise our situation. It’s almost a right-off!

He couldn’t be more clearer!
RR, you’re blinded by a one-sided narrative. Wake up man! Back in Feb 2022 Biden practically admitted they would “stop” Nordstream should Russia invade Ukraine. They have just carried it out.
At the same time, they’ll be actively looking at exporting their own gas to aid the European deficit.
As for FRR, it seems unlikely they will be a contributor to Europes energy crisis as the stalemate roles on - and on !
Ho-hum.
If the US can shut down Nordstream surely they can get block 12 into production? Come on FRR - pull yer finger out.
