RR - what a ridiculous post!

First of all, I’d rather die of thirst than buy a drink in Wetherspoons.

Secondly, FRR have plenty they could share. Maybe something along the lines of - current status and what the plan is - with a vague hint on timelines.

They can surely outline something to help shareholders understand what is going on.

Instead they cheery pick some SHs who have emailed them and cut and paste a standard response saying they moving the company forward - bla bla bla . It’s a load of BULL. Why would any company communicate in this manner?

And then there’s Looed - who seems to have a special relationship with them and continues to advise us to keep emailing them ? Why ? What’s the point - and why would he promote this method of comms ?

I find it all rather bizarre!

Excuse my negativity but I'm not overly impressed by the lack of "real/any" progress.

Looed - this isn't finger pointing, I'm simply trying to understand the whole non-comunicado strategy. You have taken the lead on a number of things - translating docs, working with local contacts and you have a line to FRR. You have become our frontman. I don't see the value of trying to setting up another action group unless it was to go down a more legal route, which would be a challenge to say the least.

So, as our lead liaison person I'd hope you'd find it OK if we ask questions? those questions, if relevant and appropriate may then be passed onto FRR. We can all send emails day after day, but nothing comes back and TBH I am not sure they do get read!!

The immediate need is some form of update from FRR. A status report - court cases, global situation, company strategy, timelines. generic but factual - just give shareholders a "heads up"

If you agree with this, then maybe you can put this too them on behalf of us all (again) and see if they respond. Ya?

Looed- you are one step closer than most to FRR, so are you able to add any reasoning as to why FRR cannot/will not update shareholders on what is going on? Why the mandate of secrecy at every level?

I am heavily invested in this company to the tune of £100K. This may not be a significant amount to SN, but it is to me. I help fund FRR activity in Georgia. For FRR to then completely ignore me (and all others) for 3 years without offering a justifiable reason is really not acceptable. It needs to be challenged.

So, question is - how can this been done?

Tbh, I’m fed up with silence and this non communicado nonsense FRR are hiding behind. There is absolutely NO excuse to completely ignore shareholders and those that claim it’s for reasons of self protection from the evil forces are justifying that to themselves purely to retain some hope.

There is not 1 valid reason for Steve Nicandros not to issue a statement - say hello and give a general update.
He chooses not to because he does not care enough about those that invested in his company. It’s that simple.

Geopolitics aside (which we know to be important) the big issue for me is our so called management/board - they are a disgrace - and they get away with it.

It’s almost incomprehensible to be sitting on the 5th biggest O&G field in the world, in a prime location
- with the largest energy crisis in the world for decades and yet we have no news, no statement, no movement.

The next fund raise shouldn’t be used for translation but for a PI to go and snuff out SN and have a quiet chat over a coffee. ??

So...do we think FRR and it's large gas reserves will :

1. be sold lock, stock and barrel for full development by a SM sometime in the very near future?
2. continue under FRR management with staged development through possible farm-in / partnership and licence extension
3. remain caught up in legal issues for the next 2 years and miss out in this opportunistic moment

The current FRR board would not be going through all this for no financial gain - right? That would defy logic.

Surely (hopefully) we are seeing some kind of strategic plan being played out here - mainly behind closed doors. They must have an end goal - sale or extraction otherwise it’s a pointless exercise.

The missing part for now is what is actually under the ground, what’s extractable and how much is that worth? As shareholders we need this information to then make informed decisions as to what we do should the company relist. Personally I’d prefer a full asset sale and move on. How nice would that be ??

Given the energy crisis that Europe faces, would it not be sensible for one of the majors to buy out FRR and all their associated nonsense, to get access to its large area of natural gas - ie block 12? Assuming they have what they say they have ??

Nice to hear something vaguely positive but I want to see FRR communicate direct with SHs. I want to see a message from Steve apologising for the **** show over the last 3 years and reassuring us that the train is now back on track and the plan is this …etc etc
