As I said, I’d prefer a statement too all - not a select few.
3 years is a longtime with zero comms - regardless of how precarious things are. I wonder what they actually do on a daily basis ??

Looed (and others)- you do a wonderful job digging up info for all shareholders - thanks once again. As much as I appreciate this, I am far from satisfied with the process to which we all seem to have accepted as the norm for comms.

It's almost 3 years since the company last provided a formal communication to its shareholders. Does Steve Nicandros really think this is acceptable? I get the fact WE are not top priority and the company is fighting many battles, but surely someone within FRR understands that a "zero comms policy" isn't the right way to treat shareholders. Surely someone can put together a "Status Update" comms to bring everyone up to date with what's going on - court cases, restructuring, GOV discussions, timelines, plans etc.

Looed, you have a route to the board - could you please pass this on and ask them to communicate?

If the company is really working towards a way forward and believes it can recommence it's exploration/drilling campaign then it needs to show it's shareholders (investors) that it has a plan to make this a reality.

The company needs to put out an official statement indicating where it stands and how it intends to progress its relationships and plans in Georgia.

Continued silence is simply inexcusable.

Court cases, restructuring, discussions with Government- all ongoing but wouldnt it be nice if the company gave some insight into what is happening and when ! A summary comms.

Looed - are you able to request some kind of generic update that extends a bit further than previous vague statements. Surely they have some kind of plan and schedule they are working towards - a rough timeline, the current and future objectives etc etc ??

The Frontera Resources shares has been
deemed worthless and the SEDOL code was removed from the business market,
according with corporate actions department if you the company reigns to
business activity it will be under a different SEDOL code which you will have
to acquire on the market.

This was in reply to me asking for confirmation on number of shares held prior to delisting.

What’a the general consensus here- is it

A. Hold and wait despite lack of evidence and comms on future possibilities and timescales ?
B. Take a hit and move on.
C. Keep checking LSE chat everyday for nuggets of info while getting more frustrated that we don’t know what’s going on?

I’m undecided but I’m edging towards taking a big hit and moving on. Is there anything that should sway me the other way? Confused.com

I’ve got to admit, I’m sick of all this!! Snippets of info here and there, constant speculation as to what is “really” going on and all of us hanging on by a thread waiting for the next piece of news. It’s pathetic!

What course of action do we have collectively here ? So we have any? I simply find it appalling that we have to rely on Looed to hear anything directly from the company - if that really is the case.

If this is going t&ts up - do we have any means of taking action? Nomad ?

I’ve tried emailing linemayer but I get no response.
Surely we are due an explanation direct from the company ?

I’m in agreement with Prod - we need clarity on what exactly is going on. If this can be relayed back to SN/the BOD or whoever is communicating then please do so. It’s time for transparency and stop with then pointless, vague statements that do nothing other then kick the can further down the road.

Looed - your investigative work and involvement in this debacle has been of great value to everyone - are you able to express our need to have more detail on what is currently happening and what this means to shareholders ? Ta

I’d like to see a bit more detail than this. These generic statements almost have no meaning whatsoever. Can we request a formal communication which actually tells us what they are doing to fix this mess and how they plan to move things forward to achieve their proposed continued growth.

Of those that received a response from FRRs legal reps, would it be worthwhile replying to them and asking if they can offer further details on a timeline for restructure. They surely must know ??!

Is the FSG making any attempts to contact SN or ZM directly on indirectly (via lawyers) to seek some clarity on what going on ? Is this not what the group was established for ?

AllTG - just for clarification - I asked Andrew specifically about the relationship with Glencore . He basically said that they are completely onboard and engaged. They are not blocking a route to a deal. They may play hardball on what deal they will accept but I guess that maybe a good thing??

The asset is worth ££s not pence. Today’s price is not an indication of what will be paid in a deal. IMHO
