As an aside the outstanding 2p warrants represent around a 13% dilution (which when added to the already diluted 15% is getting a bit hefty…). Question is why are the warrants not being exercised given this is going to £1.

Sp has consolidate around low 1.8s, which is just fine given it was bobbing around 1.3p and then 1.5p not so long ago. 1.8p is a significant jump from these prices. Next leg up will not be too distant and then perhaps followed again by a shortish period of consolidation. Slow steady rises are better than pump/ dump type action.

Expected results timeline of new phase 3 trials is to have the data by the end of 2027. I wonder if this is the REAL reason for the delay. At the moment any prospective 'buyer' is simply going out on a limb and whilst adjustments have been made for the new phase 3 trials, there are and can never be any results at this stage. One looks at the timetable and if a deal is not struck soon, the begging bowl will be out, likely with crippling results. IMM is increasingly binary

If this particular field is so lucrative I can’t for one moment imagine IMM are the only ones spending £2m on r+d. maybe the fabled ‘big pharma’ will unearth ‘ ground breaking’ advances and IMM will fall away ( again). It could happen given the billions biggy pharma spend on research. After all IMM has achieved little in their 20 year existence
