Unlikely it is a buy as it didnt move the market. It's a negotiated matched trade - matched sell to buy. Showing as a buy as its nearer the bid. So if we were all scouse then it would be calm down calm down. Nothing to see here.

Lets remind ourselves that IMM has not actually raised £6m. It's a sharing agreement with cash to IMM over 20 months and only 36m will come in to company coffers is the price averages 8pt over 20 months. There is no floor either, so a weak price will mean much less and a collapsed SP means Lanstead payments could be close to £0. An average of 3-4p means MATERIALLY less than the £6m and spread over 20 months is only around £150k, so not very much. £6m is a headline number and not the cash outcome chaps.

Spot on OTM.. and I think this month Lanstead will hit the sell button. It’s a scary thought that they own 18% of the enlarged share capital. 18% - a sobering thought. With daily volumes of < 100 trades typically, it’s hard to see any sustained rise now. There are no buyers for Lanstead’s sells.
