A balanced response Nolupus and agree with your sentiments. The price is actually down 34% in the last month, but has held steady over the last couple of weeks.

Despite the echo chamber nature of this board, non-believing post removal and incessant ramping, the only metric that matters (the share price, for clarity) continues to go South.

6p under attack screams undervaluetoday.... quite simply a lie, yet it wont be reported as he didn't say something negative. I see Boluplus was also called a FUD earlier for expressing his view. Is that really necessary?

I've said before, this is one share I don't look in on everyday. Intra day movements are irrelevant for me as I am holding until the mine is built and production starts. It may be that this goal is never reached for whatever reason, but I have a sum invested that I am prepared to lose. If we get to production then the SP will be many multiples of what it is now, with the potential for dividends. Holding lots of shares at this level will quite simply be highly lucrative should a dividend payment be paid (and thats setting aside the multi bag capital increase in ones investment that will ensue). So, yes lots of doom and gloomongers, but water off a ducks back for me. My stall is set.

Sobering to see Lanstead acquire such a monumental and dilutive chunk of the business. Sell, sell sell their next step. And they still have 70m warrants exercisable until 2031 and tranche two in 2032. Lanstead death spiral calling all the shots

The market had caught up - thats why the price is flatlining / dropping. Tim's magic letter has had no effect, unsurprisingly; reality is he has played another card from a rapidly thinning hand. He's almost down to a 7/2 Hold 'Em equivalent. What next a begging letter? (which lets face it, todays wasn't far off that). As an aside, i also had my prior post questioning the 'buying stampede' that surprisingly didn't materialise.... censorship of a true fact. Tut tut.

You can decry what I write, but the ultimate arbiter (the market), currently views the letter the same way as I do. And its the market view that counts - not mine or yours.

Kidding yourself on the 'position of strength' point. IMM has 5 or 6 employees and is tiny. The stampede of 'Big Pharma' wont care whether IMM has £1m of £6m in the bank - that means nothing to them. It's a convenient spin I'm quite sure that if there is ever an offer, the line wont be .... "well you have have £6m in the bank, so we'll add a premium to our offer" It's just nonsense to think such paltry sums of cash will make a difference. If IMM had £50m in the bank then the spiel might hold true; but pause for a second and consider the context of the statement As a reminder, the cash runaway is now has an asterisk beside it and the 'strong cash position' wont last long in terms of relevance at the negotiating table.

Oh dear - the latest desperate effort from the BOD. A terrifying letter for shareholders - event the H2 2028 cash runway now has an asterisk beside it. The qualification was never in any prior comms. And they are going to p*ss away the pot on developing this new side project over the next two years. A disastrous attempt to talk up more activity. (and what is this myth they keep peddling about having funds when in negotiations.... if the product is so damned good, would it matter a jot to 'big pharma' if they ahve £1m or £6m cash at bank?). Another desperate shocker from IMM.

And after all, everyone on this board got in under 1p and is still in profit. Mustn’t forget that fact ( or that they could have sold at at 15p… etc ( ( oh yes, everyone top sliced and locked in profit as the saying goes). When the business eventually delists the bulletin board will be a different place

The spin continues and the gullible broadly refuse to acknowledge the repeated over promises, pattern of dilution and delivery of zilch. Someone said today the 2025 fundraise was never enough to get through going concern matters for the accounts , yet all believers on this board banged on and on and on about how the company was funded to Q4 2026. Not reasons are being given why this could never have been the case…. yet the CEO thought different, didn’t he? The desperation by this board to positively spin every move by Immupharma is laughable. They talk whilst their money is gradually eroded and diluted. But hey, who cares, it’s only money.

Highly zealous reporting and censorship Snowden & co are routinely reporting any non-conformist post - A I said earlier confirmation bias and echo chamber are what this BB has become. Yet the declining SP is the only relevant point and that cant be hidden or censored however ugly it is.

Kudos to you MysticMike - someone who is prepared to say they have a higher average than they would like. You seem to be alone in that, as every cheerleading holder on this board would have us believe they bought in under 1p and are still in profit. (although they seem to think that sitting and watching their profits eroded day after day, whilst keeping the faith is smart). Please do crack on with your complaints over the CEO and company's performance.

So they still don't even have a patent yet. That's the key takeaway from this desperate update. Yet a deal was nailed on for 2025?
