Lol - another one who says the market has got it wrong. It really doesn't matter if the market got it wrong - its still a minus 30% This truly is the most deluded BB in the history of LSE website. Usual claptrap of ' topped up'. 'added another £5k', something going on in the background', 'MMs manipulation' hahaha - its like BB BIngo. The facts are instead of max 40 days from a deal, we are now at max 375 days from a deal - that (and another years cash burn with no income) is why the SP is down 30% . PLAIN and SIMPLE.

JohnWick - the drop likely isn't over done. The 'deal' is the only thing that will stop the company de-listing and going bust, so with a potential 12 month delay, a drop of around 35%-30% feels about right. It's another year of cash burn with no FY26 income other than a paltry £250k R+D credit.

Well, Tim and co needed their salaries paid and the lights kept on - how esle was he going to do it in the short term.

It's going to bounce around - look a the volume and uncertainty created by the ("positive" if you believe the posters on this BB)' RNS. One thing that appears certain *currently* is that the MMs are easing back the bid little by little.

UserSteve - you can see that posting anything less than an uber positive message results in abuse and being shot down in flames. IMM has given itself all of 2026 to bring a deal to the table, as you have correctly stated meaning potentially the deal is 12 months behind schedule and therefore all cash runway will be burned (based on RNS). This is what the market does not like to those questioning the current price action. A years delay and cash burn. I note that those of a naïve, sorry half full approach state January for a deal and that too is a possibility. Currently, the market (unlike this BB) does not believe January. (thats not my opinion, it's the market's opinion).

The delusion on this board is staggering. "Rns reads positively - not sure why share has dropped" by Wiggly gets multiple recommends. Even although I have been proven right, the IMM disciples will not take on board what I write, so as a small favour to you I suggest you read Scrodingerscat's posts this morning for sense and balance. It may (finally) allow facts to penetrate, provide perspective and of course save you money, if it is not too late, although I see OSD is the latest to confirm a prescient top slice at 15p+ . Incredible how many managed that.

Still people post they are buying and topping up. Buying today is a fools errand - there may be a small bounce from the early sell off, but when reality sets in say one week from now, most will realise that it is pointless buying right now as the price will almost certainly drop back - unless there is positive pipeline news.

You see Sinitta, OSD, GG etc as was pointed out numerous times, the watering down of the deal wording in the 23/10 RNS was ignored by 99% of posters on this board. Can the cash flow statement even be trusted now?

AND.... this is an important question. If there is no deal this side of Christmas - who is going to prop up the SP at current levels? Ignore that question at your peril. All along myself, OTM, Lordsofolly and even an increasingly worried halfbutt were abused, but we were only setting out the risks. Looks like my 3.5p target by the end of November is likely to be close, but the reality is - why would I invest now when the 'deal' now has no end date. May as well buy in at 1p in October 2026. Absolute. Shambles. A dreadful RNS and the market agrees.

Wigwammer - you cannot read a set of accounts., or you can to a point then dont know which areas to then look. Here it is in black and white. FY24 operating expenses £3.14m - Admin £1m, R+D costs £1.2m, balance 'others' . Free cash flow £-£1.9m, operating outgoing cashflow £1.8m. There's yer two mil. R&D is not factored in to your calculations, which was £2m in FY23 and £1.2m in FY24. GIven how FY25 has been (r+D centre of the universe), its going to be back up to at least £2m, which means as a minimum, baseline costs will be north of £3m and with intensive R&D, £4m is more likely.

Very well Wigwammer, I'll answer, but it won't take us forward from the 'agree to disagree / time will tell' proposal I put forward. It's a difficult question to answer given it is purely theoretical in that you have made up the £2m figure. Once you have proven to this board where the £2m comes from (nothing wishy washy please), I will answer (if I can distract myself from my two holdings which unlike IMM are going North).
