New to FUM, but have watched its demise over recent moths. £2k buy yesterday off the back of the RNS and the cash runway the placing provided. Lets she what she does. A punt, yes, but hoping 1p is the bottom. It will move quick on any positive update from china.

OSD - are you denying the current trading range is 6.02p to 6.98p?

Despite being ridiculed often , our chartist friend has called it correctly with regards testing 6.98 and failing to break a number of times. This would appear to be the current ceiling until news. The next question is will support hold up at 6p? A relatively settled trading range in play currently.

Further, they have no office space at One Bartholomew (registered( office) and the 'Terminal House' premises (clue in the name there perhaps) is serviced offices for tiny businesses. It all seems a bit far fetched ('The Deal')

Halfbutt - you raise a very valid point. Very little time is spent looking at the what the actual business of Immupharma is. It has no source of income other than a paltry c£250k cash tax credit, heavily loss making, has never turned a profit, It's tiny (5 or 6 employees including only 2 scientists), they were paid a whopping £1.18m last year and a board that gobbles up cash, spearheaded by Tim on his £400k + bonus and add-ons package.

It's not really rocket science the RNS, I think monsignor market understands it just fine. It's a nice transparent update.

The fact the SP has stayed steady tells you the market thinks this update is on the good side. A further hint of delay or bad messaging and the would be down 15 - 20%. Wishy washy vague update type RNS tend to trigger a bad reaction from the market. The RNS has been well received.

I suspect Lanstead wont exercise - they've made their cash and a further £1.4m is chicken feed. The dropping SP is not attractive and they will be asking themselves can we churn 70m before it drops close to our exercise price. Possibly not, so too risky.

Lanstead also have 70m warrants exercisable at 2p should they choose to do so. If they do exercise this is a 13%/ 14% dilution for all holders and would drag the price back somewhat.

Agreed spantrout. Support at 5.5p currently, but if that goes it pretty much drops to 4.2p. Saying that, a recent flurry of buys around 6p.

I think the avion side of things is best tucked away for another 3 years to stop too much excitement and subsequent disappointment for anything near term. FDA alignment - say 6 months, dose finding 12 months, efficacy testing 18 months. Analysis and submission say 6 months. By my calcs that's 2029 folks (first patient dose to outcome / readout. I'd focus on P140 for a near (ish) term frisson. Dec 2026 is much closer.

It's getting desperate now. First the chat is dominated by banner ad complaints (solution stump up £390 for L2 platform and they disappear - a drop in the ocean for the the stated thousands of profits made here surely) and secondly market sensitive being openly stated. Possibly a planned RNS in terms of market update, but I would think a corporate responsibility (and possibly II shareholder pressure) to update in terms of the overrun. Unless Proactive shuffled their pack, the interview was already strategically planned and penned in as PANR board anticipated the market reaction. We are still down from Monday, but much more clarity and dare I say a little more confident than we were on Monday.

It's oft repeated on this board that 2026 is 'just around the corner' or a 'few weeks away'. That is true of course, but in context and relative to price action and expected news it a VERY long time. The key question remains - what will prop up the share price in December? It's going to find a natural bottom and then level out UNLESS Tim provides a good update. Unfortunately Tim has over promised and underdelivered and the price is falling back accordingly. Any new investor just has to read the RNS and on balance of probabilities it would be sensible to hold off buying until 31/12/2025.
