Why has Tim played his hand so much. It is not normal in business to brag about deals before they are closed. And in the current situation there is a data room and a patent application. 6 staff, heavy losses and no income. Is he on a beefy performance related payout if the mc hits a certain level. Even if you disagree with some/none of that, it’s reasonable to say he may have moved too soon - so much doubt in the market now and growing by the session. Little wonder - one sniff of bad news and this plummets and then plummets again.

So in reality, IMM don't own P140, can't patent it and will be due an as yet to be announced sum to CRNS on any 'deal'. Wouldn't it be sensible for 'big pharma' just to poach IMM's team of two R&D staff and crack on from that. There is no patent of any description in place yet for IMM's work.

How do CRNS weigh in on any deal. Has there been any clarity provided around that? Presume some meaty royalty clauses etc therein for CRNS. Just the sort of thing Tim might gloss over in one of his many interviews perhaps?

That's a meaty purchase. More in total than is currently on the book.

Tim's interviews certainly re-rated the stock to an extent and made some people money (me included; fully out... for now.), but now they are starting to have a detrimental effect when combined with the watering down of deal completion timing / 2025. As time passes, doubt grows. IMM, a company with only 5 or 6 employees may fall back to tiny micro cap before possibly going bust / getting in to be again with Lanstead.

Does anyone have any intel on this? Almost 2 years since submission for trials to FDA and it appears nothing has happened, despite the expectation trials would being towards end 2023.

30p psychological edge to it also. Hopefully a smooth (ish) push through the 30s will now follow.
