RE: Envelope back valuations30 Mar 2021 13:31
I see one of the large potential customers who are strategic, looking at this minnow of a supplier with product that I want to buy, securing the product through backward integration. All they have to do is buy the company and they own their green supply. If they are buying 50million $’S of product a year, paying a one of 50 million for ownership is good business to me, and make logical sense. This is where I think it is going to go. Now is the time to strike, as the share price is so low. A big company would then sell off the assets they don’t want to recover part of the 50million. They would try to make it non hostile, get PC and his team to be onboard. I would think that most shareholders might accept an offer at say 1p a share? Might spark a bidding war, which would be nice, but at such low valuations could be a possibility! My logic for holding a large amount.
