I see it as very positive, 2e just have to have more patience to see what we are worth. It sounds to me as though the CRMC company is going to provide some funding reading between the lines, they are doing the work.

Yes I agree the number of shareholders will be small, a lot of legacy holders, burnt who do not want to invest more. I thought it was a great risk/reward at much higher prices, so did the investors at the last raise. I think even more so now, but I have swallowed too many to be sensible! I have it in my families SIPP’s and think this is the big one that will be transformational. I am trying to keep my feet on the ground at 1p, but agree with a much higher price! My son thinks I am nuts.

The market knows what assets SRES holds, it knows the different scenarios, but does not value any of them. I can not understand why, but that currently is the reality. We all await for the RNS for the rerate. In the meantime I am relaxed as I think the market is wrong. A dangerous statement to make, I know, but now have 90m of betting against market sentiment, all pension money. I believe patience will pay out.

The market is meant to look forward and anticipate what comes next. I am a SRES bull, and just can’t understand the current valuation. I am an FCA and used to looking at projections, I think it is a case that the market does not value the jam tomorrow narrative.

Whilst I would love the purchase price could potentially be up at these levels, the reality is the market does not agree. The assets are reality, yet the market does not value them, I see the disconnect and have invested big time and have recommended others with this discrepancy. Time will give a verdict, exciting times.

Logic would say that this is way undervalued, with the downside risk minimal, and the upside a multi bag. The market is just too jaundiced about PC, and his ability to create value in my opinion.

I think we have to be realistic as to what we are worth, the market sets the price at the current level, despite all our potential. That I am afraid is reality. So if the shareholders were given the chance to 4 bag from current levels with the next RNS, then I think many would say yes. We would all love more, but at the moment the market does not value us.

I see it slightly differently. I think PC is negotiating a material deal, but I would not rule out a sale of the full company, with a employment deal post sale for PC/son to manage what the buyer does not particularly want, ie if it is cement manufacturer there is a lot of value in the perlite. PC could manage the sale/JV of the other assets as well. Taking on the whole company might be cheaper, less complicated legally, and reduce the long term risk for the buyer. If the directors voted yes, how many of us would vote yes for a sale if we were offered say 1p a share.

Personally I think it is good news. PC knows the market is waiting, and I think the next RNS will be worthy of the wait IMO, so not concerned at all as the wait sends a message. I am very optimistic.

They were always going to be good. I was slightly disappointed that there was no news on corporate strategy and dividend policy, just money going into new mining area, as the market knows the results would be good yet has dropped the price by 50% over the last 3 months. By the sound of it plenty of fire power left to start up the share buying again. Going forward prospects are great, just have to contend with mining in China!

I can’t disagree Taylor if you look short term. I am looking at things differently. I think SFR are really ambitious and can afford to be, they want as much of the ground in Botswana as possible and quickly. They will have a good idea on that is under the ground as drilling results come out from all the players. The share price of all the holders of the land is low as the sector is unloved. Going forward Copper is the place to be, looking long term for years to come. Now is the time to be aggressive, as prices of targets are only going to go up. They took over MOD with purely a **************, why not again? The royalties payable are cash, and will be paid out for years to come, hopefully at increasing amounts. From looking at SFR’s presentation, Karl looks to have the energy drive and ambition to go for it big style in Botswana. It is just my opinion, I think I would say yes to £1’s worth of SFR’s shares giving me a 5% increasing yield in a company that is also a takeover target. Or is this just me fantasising?

MTR are protected that there are some big named holders who are not going to sell out cheap, so any offer must be reasonable. The bigger SFR gets, the less vulnerable it will feel, after such a great presentation by Karl! By the year end they will have the same amount of cash in the bank as the current market cap! A big boy would look at that, and say there is a good opportunity to get that cash and offer shares in exchange! Copper prices are looking good in the future with the green revolution, now is a good time to strike. IMHO.

If they take out MTR, they are in a powerful position to take out KML and Cobra. It has to be MTR first, otherwise the price they would pay would have to be a lot higher. Unless of course it is for all 3!. SFR have made it known that they are very ambitious. All these purchases could be done with a large percentage of their own shares like they did with MOD. I think SFR themselves are vulnerable to a hostile takeover by a big boy, now that would be interesting. Copper the place to be.

If I was SFR (awash with cash) having the prospect of paying out to MTR for years to come, I would be doing a deal with MTR now to take them over, obtaining all those Botswana assets, as well as saving that royalty. The holders of MTR receiving a combination of cash and SFR shares. I would be happy with that given the SFR presentation and dividend yield of 5%. A win win for everyone. The question what multiple, Sprott having bought in at 30p, are not going to accept anything less than £1 me thinks. SFR can afford to be generous as the value of MTR is only going to go up as drilling continues. MTR a real pension maker.

I am afraid nothing is happening on KAT, a typical LC RNS, trying to stop the share decline. The only good news is that they have enough money for the time being! The share price is down 85% from listing, when gold is up 30%. I am afraid LC track record speaks volumes, as a LTH I now feel he has to go, I have completely lost trust and don’t believe anything he says.

Well I think the delay is because PC is looking at corporate action rather than an off take agreement, far bigger fish. The longer the wait the more sure I am. Everyone to their own opinion.

I expected it this week, could be Covid delays. The results should be very good, with possible further news on what the company strategy is now that all mine extensions plans have been approved. The share price is dreadful. I would like to see a sale, or start of large distributions back to shareholders.

Make my day! Sounds as though it is a done deal! I like the way applicants have to send in applications by 10 August! Even if we don’t get an RNS today, expect a good rise.

Well if it is, it has a 4billion dollar market cap. Sales of 447million last quarter, so SRES with its green credentials would be small fry to pick off, and easily warrant the train line extension investment going forward. Small enough deal for them to be done in straight cash, securing them just about limitless supplies, with scope to sell on the perlite. The question is what premium to our mkt cap! Exciting times.
