We are where we are, with assets proved off. At a share price that does not reflect the assets, precisely because there is no sign of revenue, yet. So for me, I smell a bargain, and have 88m. Deals do take a long time to legally put together, as I think the deals are long term contracts, customers who are far larger will want that. SRES is a minnow, and can’t be dictating timelines to satisfy impatient shareholders. They will come, that is why the company exists, all heading slowly to the revenue stage. Relax and average down.

I see it differently, we have no idea what deals are in the pipeline, that could drop any day and be transformational. All I do know is that any deal, small or big takes an age to pass the legal eagles on both sides. I can understand why things take so long, and am prepared to wait. If you are not prepared to wait sell up. To blame PC when you have no idea about what deals are in the system, is premature. Personally I don’t want him to give chapter and verse about the potential deals, until they are signed, PC has stated the interest. We have a permitted mine, so we can relax, the deals will come.

Safe, none of us on this board have any knowledge as what is going on behind the scenes, Just have a bit of patience, your constant criticism is wearing. Due diligence takes time, especially if they are complicated deals, with Covid restrictions to contend with to add to the complications. Have you been in business and have any understanding of the paperwork that each side has to be signed off, before giving market sensitive information?

The shares will go down if there is another delay or the deal fails, yes for sure, but not go close to Zero. That is just hyperbole. We have gold and copper assets, which are valuable to a bigger fish. The downside risk is underpinned by this fact, whilst the upside is huge. Place your bets. Mine are now all placed.

All we can do is wait, and see what transpires. Whatever comes out must be value enhancing, and give some indication as to the monetisation of our assets. We are sitting on some cracking assets just in the Pozz and perlite, and I for one can’t believe the market puts such little value on them. I am hoovering them up, as I think the market is wrong. The downside risk is minimal, down to impatience, and the upside potential is fantasy stuff. The good thing is that we don’t have long to wait for an RNS that has the potential to be transformational. Good luck everyone, it’s an exciting time to be an investor.

I also think they should make an an announcement. Well I started buying again at 1.26 and my last buy was at 1.01, got to be bold at this unexplained drop, but does get the heart rate up. My core pension holding has just been decimated, time will tell. Good luck all.

Well I can’t fault the strategy on this, getting rid of small non core at a profit, with a potential sweetener. The first of many announcements, but not the big one! I am enjoying the build up, as our assets in the ground are only going up in value. I am sure there will be others conducting due diligence, exciting times, can’t be too much longer to wait before some material news. This is a little taster!

For any other share I would be pleased by this RNS, but LTH know that by experience that LC has failed to deliver any shareholder value. So am very sceptical that he can deliver anything that is not a giveaway price, so keeping the lights on and paying his salary. The time scales given his performance so far, must be looking at 2023 if that. Look at what has happened with KAT. I hold only because I suffer from FOMO, just in case a miracle happens and we get more than 1p a tonne for the coal! Sorry, wish I could be more positive, but don’t have any positivity left for LC.

I saw the opportunity, and invested Goldd, all the way up and all the way down. Dropping dropping despite the opportunities! All I can say from experience is that it can go down still further, and it will not go up until LC delivers something that has some monetary value, Mr market is extremely cynical of LC, his credibility is completely shot, and the share price reflects what the market thinks of him.

It is all about timing, and it is all about research. I was a Kibo bull for years, but learnt the hard way, that LC fails to deliver. I hope he does deliver, as I suffer from FOMO, and I find it hard to come to terms with how utterly wrong I was. Hence, I can say from experience that your bullishness appears somewhat naive, and for LTH is also laughable. The track record of the share price of KAT, KIBO, Mast, backs up my point.

That made me chuckle Goldd. I was drinking in the LC potential for years, and have had 340k’s worth! I love your enthusiasm, but from someone who has learnt the hard way, LC has delivered no shareholder value and Mr Market thinks the same, hence the share price being down at this level. Time will render a verdict, but please be realistic, LC has a track record of non delivery.

Sorry, I promised not to get bitter and twisted about LC, at the moment 300k down, but you have not mentioned. ‘The stars are aligning!’. I am sitting holding nursing my loss, and extremely cynical about what LC says, I have only myself to blame but actually kept believing what he said until that final raise, when his true colours came out. So I am firmly in the camp of seeing is believing. The price action with Kat and Mast tell a story. He has achieved no shareholder value, in fact the opposite. His track record is dire, I await for a miracle!

Well I think this is a great succinct 6 month report, any one project could be worth more than our market cap and drop at any time. The upside is huge and the downside is very small, as there is no risk of an equity raise before the price will rise significantly. We can look forward with confidence to the next few months. At this level, I think holders will multibag, and soon, whether we get to 3p I don’t know, but it is certainly very possible. It is a very exciting time to be an investor. I would like a full company buy out, as I am good at buying shares but terrible at selling.

What was wrong with what I was saying, my opinion that is all. Contrary to your narrative, so you go out on the attack, can’t take a different view. Your reaction says a lot.

Trials are done in the time frame agreed with the customer, it is not all about SRES doing them to suit the demands of impatient shareholders. Sorry, just stand back a bit and look at our assets, and all will be revealed in time. This is an aim stock it goes up and in a heart beat, and in big percentages, if you can’t take it get out. You are not going to change the situation by moaning about it. This is life invested in SRES, and is a reality. Suck it up or get out.
