I don’t think we can say that the market isn’t liking the project. We do know that, PC is in talks, and sent test results out to other companies that have been enquiring. I would say that is sufficient to be a lever, we also have assets that are sexy and appreciating. With a current share valuation of 8million, (we have spent around that getting it thus far). I would like to think the share price will be at multiples, depending on the type of deal. At this level I would like to think 10 times being optimistic, don’t think it will be less than 5, this is PC’s big one. He will not be in a hurry, why should he be, if you think hard about it.

You have waited 10 years Safe, what’s a few months more to bank a deal, in the meantime your assets appreciate in value every day. Share price doesn’t, because investors have lost interest with no drips of news. For those who have the nuts this is a great buying opportunity. Time will tell, but at this market cap, the risk is low and I now enjoy fantasising with my hoard, as this is a real pension maker IMO. The longer the wait, the bigger the deal is my opinion.

I take the opposite view Safe, time will determine who is right. I am sure PC would love to give an update, he just can’t. Deals take time to deliver, I don’t want an RNS that says we have an MOU, I want one that is signed sealed and delivered. Relax and let our appreciating sexy assets do the talking, a deal will be done that will make the shareholders a lot happier than they are today. Have a Bit of patience and stock up is my advice.

On the face of it looks ok, but LTH have been here before. Undervalued at 5p when it listed! The problem is LC he has no credibility, so the share price will always carry a massive discount to asset value. LC has failed to deliver any appreciating shareholder value, it is always jam tomorrow, whilst he continues to be over paid for what he has delivered. Sorry to be so jaundiced, I continue to hold, and would love to be surprised but just be warned. The factual history tells a story, that is littered with anticipations of great riches to come. I am just surprised he has not used ‘ the stars are really really aligned this time!’

I agree CF, LC just lists assets, incapable of adding value to shareholders. Why list when you had all those funders wanting to lend you the money! He could have organised a consortium of lenders if it was too risky for one lender! We now have a resultant loss of percentage and large financial costs. So full of bull and so slippery with his explanations. Lost all faith in LC, he is just full of hot air and looks after himself. His time is up.

Time will give verdict, we have assets that are needed, it is just a matter of being patient. This is the accumulation of years of work, and we don’t want to be giving it away through investor impatience. Due diligence takes an age for more complicated deals, especially with a multinational that could last 30 years. The price will drop as we wait, there is nothing sinister, we just have to trust the process. This is my big one, a pension maker. My own fault if I am wrong, but I think the stars are aligned, PC wants it too and is aligned with shareholders with his large holding at an average that is above today’s rate. We just have to suck it up. I am accumulating as I think it is a bargain. The last raise was at .28 and he found investors that believed the story. It is just about when, not if is my view.

Negotiations are taking place, no news is the best news, and I believe the deal will be more material as a result. Due diligence takes an age. We know he is in talks, so can’t RNS anything until signed. We just have to be patient.

The annoyance will disappear like snow in spring, with the right RNS!

With palm oil prices at record levels, with a payment due of 5.5p in December, there is a very good chance that the 17p that is still owed on the pref coupon will come back to investors in June. Now that would be something to look forward to 21.5p being paid. Remember no ordinary dividend to be paid, until they have caught up with the missed payments. All that potential yield, with very little downside risk IMHO.

Looks as though they have no shares to sell!

To inject a bit of positivity, the increase in commodities should feed through into our minerals. Might encourage them to get a move on with signing this contract that is being negotiated. Just a bit longer! It will come and I am sure will be well worth the wait.

I think the increase applies to all commodities, the market thinks that inflation is on the way.

They only do the financial figures twice a year, production figures every 3 months. We can only extrapolate out from production and selling prices what we think profits will be. Zinc on a roll up another 3% today, inflation is going rampant. GFM the place to be at this low level of pricing.

Aj bell deal in Sandfire, but only if trading above 10k in value

Kinross are not small fry, and must have seen something to put this amount of energy into the tenement. A good deal IMHO, it clearly shows the direction of travel.

Coal price up 12% to $269. It is now getting more exciting with our coal assets. Can LC monetise it? I notice on latest RNS from EDL that they are still having talks with government with regard to power from coal. I know, yawn yawn, but we could have a miracle!
