They are going to do a deal with one of their massive customers, who will fund the kit, and they will sell the minerals at an agreed discount. The directors do not want any further dilution, they did not issue warrants, which they could easily have done.

Well I am pleased with the second RNS, the directors were not being greedy and just pragmatic. There might be another raise to part fund the equipment, but it should be at a lot higher prices. Time to stock up, if the insiders are buying at 7.5 with no warrants, and oversubscribed, I think 8p is a great buy. The best bit was that the prices of our minerals continue to rise. Good luck, not long now.

Well I have put another 10k in. Disappointed really, I thought they could have got funding with no dilution at these levels. However, no warrants and only small. They obviously understand the negative of this raise, but felt they had to have to have it as it cutting it too fine. Interesting to see what the money is being used for, maybe the lead times required the deposit, and they were not going to hit the time frames. Anyway a case of sucking it up, taking a deep breath and going in deeper.

A good indication in today’s RNS that they are going to be paying more than 10p, of the outstanding 17p, that they had previously agreed to pay. So this year we can expect more than 19p coupon. This must be the best yield in the UK market, does anyone know a bigger one?

He wasn’t caught withholding news at all. It just isn’t material warranting an RNS until it is proved off. This positive news is declared in the annual report properly. I don’t know what your issue is, you hold a good number of shares, which is contra to your negative stance being taken.

You are right martinBD, the market is sceptical the company can create some real value, that the shareholders can share. PC has given enough facts that the market is hot for what we have got. Demand for Green cement, decline in fly ash, increase in prices, technical benefits, new types of cement. I think the future is ‘orange’! All looking good, not one negative apart from my lack of patience.

I liked the word dividends to be paid out early on, it should be a cash cow with the profit margin. There should be a very sizeable amount going back to shareholders, could even start in 2023 all being well. There are oodles of years mining to be done, a very long life mine, a real pension maker.

I would totally agree with that statement tim000. We need to see what the deal brings in the way of cash, and then take it to the next stage of proving up more assets. I asked PC whether his gut feel on the Sepiolite find, could be commercial. It was a conservative affirmative! Which is backed up by the fact that the European company were sufficiently excited by it to go over and take samples. It could be that they provide the finance to prove it up as a JV. If Pozz in concrete takes off, another CRMC could get involved with the Hazen find as another JV. Exciting times, plenty of potential for adding value at these levels.

I would agree we are behind schedule, but we are a lot further than this time last year, when the share was twice current levels. In the meantime our financial figures must be 50% better with the prices going up of the minerals, plus the results from all the extra drilling. The share price does not reflect this, with the concern for a capital raise. I think this is a bargain at this price, and bought another 10k’s worth. Not long now !

I am not going to argue, but you might want to mention to the regulator that the price did not go up when the year end report came out telling us of this information! Patrick is conservative and prudent, that is his style, a case of the hare and the tortoise. We just have to wait.

I think you are being a little over the top. Finding some surface materials, does not make it commercial, which is the price moving event. They now have a claim and can do some drilling when they have done their analysis on where to drill, to find out the extent of the find. This of course is subject to having the money to fund the drilling! Miners are staking claims all over the place, on rock chip analysis, but those do not warrant an RNS. Starting drilling probably does. The point is that this builds up a picture of SRES that it is not a one trick pony, and has potential beyond the CS project. The share price will catch up in time with the big RNS as to what value our partner puts on the CS project, that is what I am waiting for.

I have been sitting here about 4 years, but only seriously accumulating in the last 2 years. I can understand LTI frustrations, but we are where we are.

I would see it differently Safetrader, having been able to ask any question I wanted to at the AGM. If I were you I would sell up, your incessant negativity on the same theme gets a bit tiresome. We just have to wait for the deal, it is all looking very positive from where I am sitting.

I have just bought another £5330’s worth, I am confident.
