I agree with a few people who called out its very likely with regards to the geopolitical situation brewing with the USA which lets be frank is HUGELY more significant to each and every one of us than the performance of this share.

Yes Brendy I agree, CBR has so much more potential than CAR-T. It has the potential to be an off the shelf treatment for a huge range of viral, bacterial or cancerous targets which if proven will be worth billions. Compare this to CAR-T which is targeting I believe a rare subset of AML, still a big market and valuable no doubt and with the added advantage of being now a trusted and known treatment but still with a limit to that market. Having first mover advantage and having seized the opportunity to patent CBR for pretty much all known targets means that when they have demonstrated it works it should be much easier to get partners as any competitors who want to use CBR HAVE to approach Hemo for a licence to do so.

HT and HFH your both saying around December for IND, that fits with what Vlad said but I would not take him so literally when it comes to dates. He said it takes about a month to run the tests, could be 3 weeks could be 5-6 weeks, we know what is going on at least so its not so bad waiting however long it takes.
If all Hemo had going for it was CAR-T I would be comfortable at this point holding and adding knowing how close IND is, knowing they are funded and wont dilute, knowing that its pretty high likely hood they will submit IND before the end of the year. The company is hugely undervalued and we all know it, others will notice too, I am extremely confident about the prospects here over the coming weeks and months. CDX has the potential to add some much needed good news in the interim and CBR has the potential to blow our socks off! Any sort of surprise non dilutive funding would just be icing on the cake.

So you agree they have the cash for ONE Clinical trial CAR-T as they state?
Do you also accept that to actually do the clinical trials they have to START the clinical trial?
Do you then also accept to START the clinical trials they have to file an IND application?

NOBODY is suggesting the company have enough cash to get into clinical trials with CAR-T, CBR AND CDX as they stand.
The problem is you keep completely bypassing the fact that to get anywhere near those trials Hemogenyx has first to go CLINICAL. This is a significant inflection point, it IS going to make the company worth many multiples of todays pathetic 11mil mCap.
You can call out risk of failing in phase 3 until the cows come home, you could also point out that years down the line the patents expire and anyone who wants too can just take CAR-T for themselves, both are perfectly true and valid. But you KEEP deliberately skipping past the point that FIRST they have to go clinical which gives everyone a chance to derisk if they chose to do so.

DDDD Ran before they could walk, over extended and took out debt with a senior creditor who had the power to call in the administrator when certain conditions were breached. In spite of a pretty impressive portfolio of products that looks live changing and valuable. They started too many trials in parallel and were dependant on the market being favourable to avoid this situation they are in.
HEMO did make this mistake with the CLNs, but they are gone, Vlad realised the danger and got rid. Now Hemo have just an impressive portfolio HOWEVER they have ZERO debt. They have cash for CAR-T to get into clinical trials and are progressing CDX and CBR with other parties. I have asked before about things like Hu-PHEC, its still there, its not binned, Vlad is just not spending time or money on it, he is focusing his resources on their lead candidate. To save money they took the time and built a custom lab saving millions.
People (like myself) have complained that they have moved incredibly slowly however going slow has allowed them to be extremely frugal with the cash. The have the cash to enter trials, will they 100% pass trials? No idea, but there will be plenty of inflection points going clinical at which to derisk.

So thank you for pointing out DDDD, I think its an important comparison and one I wish more people took the time to consider.

Given 1902 has not mentioned timeline then its fair to say he means after clinical proof, the closest candidate to clinical status is CAR-T for AML.
Because of the toxicity of CAR-T traditional Phase 1 trials are not possible so the first trials will be Phase1/2a which will prove efficiency as well as safety which gives clinical proof.
Vlad et all have confirmed the company has banked sufficient cash reserves to pay for these first trials so there is no dilution to worry about so to deliver his £200k for 200k shares we need a valuation for a post phase 1 CAR-T Oncology candidate or the company of around £1bn

NNN is up and down more than *(insert inappropriate comment here).... Yes it gets pumped and then falls back. Its got alot more traders so yes people buy, and then they sell. I am not promoting this stock, me posting here to counter some false narative is not promotion, if I was shouting and screaming to buy on Twitter it would be different but the only people reading here are you, HT and pumpkin. Vlad is NOT GOING TO CHANGE. He is not going to start pumping out small updates every 5 minutes just to try and pump the SP. Its not going to happen so constantly complaining about it is just annoying and counter productive.

At some point the update is going to be IND/clinical trials, perhaps a licencing deal or some sort of non dilutive funding as he alluded too previously. Either way he is not going to talk about it until it happens and when one of those does happen the market will notice.
I know you and I know your sincere but I am being brutally honest when I say the only LOGICAL reason to keep posting like you do is to turn a forum like this toxic and put people off. I am being honest and blunt, if I had not spoken frequently to you and know that you are sincere I would be convinced your posting just to turn the site toxic. But I know your sincere so all I can repeat is. In my opinion this is as safe a high risk investment as you will find, the level of diversification across multiple product lines coupled with the banked cash to progress and zero debt with an extremely frugal CEO and lab setup to allow work to be done in house makes this IMO as de-risked as possible. For a small cap pharma what I see is 100% ownership of massive candidates with excellent chance of progress and licencing which translates into an absolutely huge potential windfall for shareholders who hold the line. You focus on what others are doing and the SP and allow that to cloud your opinion of the company and their achievements and potential. I am lazer focused on the company, the science, the market and their cash position. Provided they stay true my confidence is absolute.

- Again not true, the presentation was public, the videos are not some cheap promotional videos they are ad-hoc live recordings of ongoing science proving they are making progress. And YES there are 3 major products in development, 2 of which are with other people, its just not realistic to expect the same ad-hoc updates on CDX or CBR, we will get an update at key milestones. "The only people left here are a handful of LTHs" Well there are alot more LTHers than you think, most just dont post daily because they trust Vlad and are just waiting. And in the end? When Vlad reaches those milestones, when he licences something or starts clinical trials? When the market finally wakens up to the potential here and comes flocking to buy and get met with a wall of NT to buy? The LTHers who did hold and wait patiently will finally be rewarded.

If you believe Vlad and the work he is doing and trust them when they say they have enough cash to deliver without further dilution then the choice here is simple you wait. Or you dont in which case the SP is irrelevant and you should sell and walk.
I have been pretty clear where I stand, what other people chose to say or do will not affect my decision and it should not affect yours either.

MrI, here is a bit of homework for you, please go and find me a small cap share with recent really good news that has value currently priced in. Oh I am sure you will be able to find one or two shares that have spiked or have very little volume, but by and large you will find this scenario which we see in Hemo reflected across the board. I could pick you a dozen shares that have had really excellent updates, some with assets such as IP/ metals/ oil reserves worth multiples of today's mCap. Shares that are very likely to be bought over in the very near future priced at bargain prices.

Why are you just unable to accept the simple fact that this IS a bear market and everything is struggling? It has nothing to do with the potential, you getting upset about it is not going to make anyone buy any faster. It will turn at some point and when that happens it will be hard to pick a loser. If we had had that CBR update 2-3 years ago we could have seen multiple bags off it, if it had come next year we could have seen bags, but this year has been rotten. People are broke, markets are spooked, there is still a proxy world war going on, stimulus cheques have stopped, pharma has tanked.

Likewise it makes no odds what news comes if the market starts to recover. You saw it a few years ago when everything pharma went though the roof irrespective of news, when we are in a bull market shares go up, when we are in a bear market everything goes down. Privately you keep asking me why I keep making excuses for Vlad by blaming the market, but this has nothing to do with Vlad. Yes he could release more updates and could have done some things better, but that does not change the environment we are in right now. I am hopeful the markets will turn soon but there is NOTHING that you, I or Vlad can do to change the overall market sentiment.

As HFH has said, we know there are updates coming and progress is being made, if it takes days/weeks/months, none of us know for sure, I doubt even Vlad could say for certain as so much depends on external parties. You either trust that it will come or you dont. You know where I stand, IMO your only shooting yourself in the foot by spending so much time moaning on here, it will not help your situation in the slightest. At some point news will land, or at some point the market will turn bullish, either way, something will happen. Until then, we wait. If Hemo were not fully funded at this point I would be slightly concerned, but the fact is the SP is IRRELEVANT to Vlad right now, he does not need to raise, he does not need to dilute, he can work away on the science knowing that at some point the SP will bounce. Dilution is all. If we are not going to be diluted then its just a waiting game. I dont want to wait forever, I dont want to sit at this SP for 6 months, I dont for a second believe we will, but if we have too? So be it, we have hit bottom and selling here is just stupid, the SP is unsustainable and will bounce at some point.

Yea, its a benchmark trade, price not set by market price, worth looking up the definition. Not 100% sure but seen it before for like share issues for like employee share schemes elsewhere. So yea, I am not certain what it is but I dont think its a trade.

The SP ^ is red but the SP has not dropped, MMs did a UT yesterday, spread has not changed atall.
Nobody sold 666k shares at a loss yesterday.

Stagnation is certainly not a word I would use here however, in 2 weeks they have progressed from Stage2 to Stage3 in their in house CAR-T manufacturing process. This all forms part of the IND application, they are in a new lab with new equipment and new staff and has to be done to a high standard to satisfy the FDA.
At the same time we know (because Vlad spelt it out) that work is ongoing with CDX at Selexis and an update on the master strain there could be provided any time. And previously we have been told that an undisclosed 3rd party is taking CBR though in vitro and in vivo results in their own lab and level 3 facility to validate it against Covid-19.
That is 3 significant strands of development running in parallel with 3 very different updates, each significant and independent of each other. We are getting regular updates on CAR-T via twitter videos so we know progress there, but CBR and CDX are with other parties right now so the lack of updates is fully expected.
Other potential updates such as non dilute funding etc would just be an additional pleasant surprise

Personally I managed to add today having been waiting a very long time for some funds I was expecting, not alot but still another few thousand and I was extremely confident to do so at this price. Yes the weeks just roll on by but its just one week closer to clinical trials. IMO we know whats happening here, we know whats going on behind the scenes. I am sure there will be updates on CDX (not sure it will do that much for the share price, but who knows) and CBR but at this point any serious investor has to be focused in the Clinical Trials so what additional updates are required?

Logically does anyone see SP dropping from here? We have been at this level now for months, its historic lows and has hardly moved atall in weeks, not a single tick. We know the small cap markets as a whole are depressed but more and more of the pundits are saying its bottomed out. We have numerous articles calling out pharma as being a bargain for M&A and we have every indication that western weapons have turned the tide in Ukraine. All these things are bullish indicators, as the market rises it will only help our position.

Vlad has been extremely frugal, has ZERO debt and enough cash for clincal trial and his own labs to cut costs. He has multiple pipelines ongoing in parallel each of which SHOULD be huge one day. And we have an mCap of £12million.
Have said it before, this SP is unsustainable, it wont stay 1.2p from now until December then let everyone buy back in the day before IND application. It does not work like that, it will be trader against trader, those who are on the sideline are competing against each other, at some point the watchers will start to blink and buy back in.

Tuan, your post is a pure and utter lie, I did not forward sell a SINGLE share, not one, in fact even though the placing was what? Over a year ago those shares are STILL with the broker and appear on the official share register under the broker holdings of "Jarvis Securities plc, Asset Management Arm" (NOT all mine).
I am not the only one who took part in that placing and every one of us will confirm the fact that the details of the placing and opportunity to subscribe came AFTER the markets closed with ZERO opportunity to forward sell even if any of us wanted too.
But these are facts which dont suit your narrative, and you dont care, you just want to post completely unrelated posts and attacks on me which has nothing whatsoever to do with the company, the science or progress made towards clinical trials for CAR-T or the achievements made in CBR and CDX.
This behaviour is so blatantly obvious is actually sad, oh and just like waiting for a bus Tuan and HT popup almost as one, funny that. So just tell us, what was your target? Were you aiming for 1.1p? Maybe you were you planning to buy back at 1.1? Vlad has laid out a very clear and detailed plan for CAR-T and its path to IND submission in the coming months, for a company with an mCap now of ~12mil with cash in the bank and confirmation as recently as the last webinair that they are not going to place I think that alone is a good enough investment case. Having waited years for ANYTHING to go clinical I think its safe to say we are in the final countdown now and if its 6 months so be it, its a fraction of what I have waited thus far so yea its the final few months for me and if anyone thinks 6 months in pharma is a long time they are invested in the wrong industry.

Relieved to see the 2 accounts attacking away, eager to provoke a response, can mean only one thing, they have not bought back in yet and tells like that make me smile. You have posts under the tuan account that are either copy and paste nonsense or blatant lies and personal attacks and HT just desperate for anything to provoke a fight.
